Business consulting is a basically a profession that provide a clear basis as an expert
about the different ongoing experiences which is particularly in form of security management,
human resource, accountancy, public relations through marketing, digital transformation and

business to analyse about the business environment as it is comprised of different elements that

same with LSST they are prior clients. LSST provide different campus and Pearson as well as
valuable working and experience to their students. It plays an essential role to students to attain
success over their career but due to pandemic conditions of COVID 19 it induced negative
impact over studies. The younger students who just completed their graduation face difficulty to
learn certain things during online session. It even make harder to connect with the working
atmosphere and somehow students get only stuck in between studies and other curriculum
activities are not engaged.
Institutional leaders: These are those who explored the preference and need of digital
learners along with that worked on to build student centred learning experience (Verawardina
and et. al., 2020). It induced advanced implication towards improvisation of faculty, student
success and institutional values. To meet-up today’s need and requirement of both institution and
student is a biggest challenge and problem as learning is processed through digital platforms.
The learning landscape is quite challenging as need of all is differ but the end goal is always
remains the same that is to achieve success in life. But in this institutional leaders are bounded
with certain precautions and implications that is taken by government and have to perform
function as per accordingly.
Community Colleges: There are the colleges that shape student success as by serving about
sustained standards to undergraduate along with that clear awareness is developed in systematic
manner. The biggest problem and challenge is to improve retention and completion rate that is
responsible in terms of adverse care to students that is related to population succeed in
completing college, advancing career and getting a respective job. The community realise about
to recognise value by bringing all at sustained platform but the certain time period induced
negative impact over student success.

growth to students as by serving advanced learning and practices about different subjects. In this
LSST make suitable changes within its working standards so that more of students get influenced
towards University. The LSST is known for broader range of social science academic profile and
that is also be renowned to deal with studying about economics, world issue, low to sociology,

advancement LSST assure to specify higher benefit that is resulted through course completion in
