Business consultants are the people which have professional knowledge and
understanding and they give professional advice to their clients. In this report client will be the
educational industry and London school of science & technology is selected as a college. This
report will discuss about problems which are faced by the institution. Further will analyse their
competitors, target market and external factors.

The London school of science & technology (LSST) is the college which is situated in
London and is the private college. Infrastructure of college is highly good and inspire and
motivate students to join it. In order to develop students, college came with many different
courses timely (Choi, Hong and Kim, 2018). This college provides higher education to the
students. College is also efficient in launching various courses which helps students in building
skill set and getting advanced knowledge. They are also having qualified staff which can help
them in achieving objectives.
The problem which the college is facing is that students expectations are rising. It is also
observed that in UK, private colleges tuition is more in number when compared with other
countries. So that is why it can be said that students are giving more to the education industry
and in return they are also expecting good return on investment. It is obvious that when students
will pay more then they will also demand for more. London school of science & technology
have to adopt flexibility if they want to get more students. In order to attract more students along

pressure. Government also keep an eye on educational institution, so that these institutes does not
