that in which the advisor provides the advice which is in relation with the business. The
consultants are the one who guides the management regarding the changes which needs to be
made in the organisation and also helps in assisting the owner of the business to improve the
performance if they are lacking in something. London school of Science and Technology
(LSST) is the private school which specialises in business management, health, IT and social
care courses and was started in 2003. This report will cover the background of the
organisation and the issues which are faced by the client. It will also cover the identification
of problems with the help of using SWOT, PESTEL and many other.

The London school of Science and Technology (LSST) is the private school which was
founded in 2003 and is located in London,UK(Garbuio and Lin, 2019). The school specialises
in some key areas which includes the IT, business management, Health and social care
courses. The vision of the organisation is to support the students irrespective of their
background which they have come from and their aspirations and capabilities. LSST will
support the students to make them progress in their fields and to develop them in their
learning. The mission of the organisation is to become the institution which is the best in their
courses all over the world. The school does not create any barrier for their students and will
not want the students to face any difficulties in the learning.

Weakness- The main weakness which the students and the teachers are facing is
the communication skills because of which they are not able to collaborate with
one another (Kopnina, 2019). Lack of communication can make the image of the
institution to be the worst because if students and teachers are lacking in
communication then effective results will not be produced.
Opportunities- To develop friendly behaviour with the students must be the main
priority of the teachers. Teachers must create the environment of the classroom in
such a way that the students engage themselves in the study and communicate
with the teachers if they are facing any difficulty.
Threats- The main threat which LSST might face is the competition from other
institutions which can enable the students to leave this institution and go to
another. LSST has to improve the atmosphere of the school so that students and
teachers develop good relations with one another.

Segmentation- Segmentation means to divide the place which in LSST can be
done in accordance with the geographic dimension which includes the students
places which they have come from. The segmentation of the educational
institution can be done also on the basis of the courses which they have chosen in

and to focus on the particular group of people. The main target of the students of
LSST is to target the students which are of age group of 18-25. Not just this, the
students are also targeted on the basis of the place from which they have come and

comparison with the other educational institutions. LSST have always been the
