 Business Consulting is a service which is provided by the
expert’s top give various solutions.
 There are various areas which the individual has to assess
critically.
 Human resource department has the most important work
responsibility.
 They had to manage the working environment effectively.
 In this report there will be brief discussion about various
problems which human resource department is facing in
order to manage the duties and work responsibilities.

 Positioning – In this step the Organisation needs to position
them better in the education sector.

Competitors
 Major competitors of the London school of science and
technology is various institutes which provides the same
programs and campaigns to the attract the students.
 The Human resource department has to develop a cordial
relationship with the management in order to achieve a
exponential growth in the education sector.

Aim and Objectives of Greenwich
 The main purpose the Greenwich University is that they wanted to hire the
effective HR department in the campus.
 The objective is to hire the professional and experienced teachers so that they
can enhance the teaching experience in their campus.
 Another aim of the college is to established themselves as a valuable
educational institutes in the eyes of the students.

The problem of Greenwich
 Management department of the university find many difficulty in
selecting the effective and efficient HR department who can hire the
professional teachers and the staff for the campus. Some of the
problems are discussed below:

 Lack of Training and development of staff

Target Audience
 Segmentation: It means choosing the particular segment of the
market that are most appropriate for them.
 Targeting: It can be defined as targeting the group of people in
order to achieve the goal of the organisation.
 Positioning: It can be define as the choosing the most appropriate
tool to promote the programmes to the chosen audience.

Competitors
 One of the main competitor of the university is those educational campuses who are
providing same courses and subjects to the students.
 Sometimes the colleges and the other educational institutes provides the learning to the
students at a large scale. These comes out as the biggest competition for the Greenwich
University.

Conclusion
 From the above report, it has concluded that both of the higher education
institutes needs to use various strategies and approaches which could help them to
attract various students in the education sector.
 On the other hand, the Human resource department professionals can use use
various strategies and technological tools to manage the work duties and
responsibilities. Along with that, there will evaluation about the new changing
dynamic trends of the market.
