Introduction
Business consultant are the one who provide the consultancy of the management which
help the companies to work. They are the professional who analysis the companies and their
nature, and create the solution to the companies to accomplish there goals. They analysis the
behaviour of the client's company, and make a secondary data based research. There are different
type of research which is based on the strategy consultancy, business consultancy, financial
consultancy, management and sales consultancy are the different consultancy services provided
by the different outsourcing companies (France, 2015). For this report the chosen company is
Regent group of London, which is founded in 2000, headquarter in Henderson, Nevada, United
States. It is the largest company in UK which provide the five major campus in the UK. In this
report, summarise the problem which are facing by the clients, provide the problem by
completing the internal and external environment of the company. And the issues which are
faces by the client are provided in detail.
Main Body
Background of the company
Regent group of London is founded in 2000, it is an educational institution, which is
operating as the manager of the many group of the companies. And there motive is to serve the
best education to the students to provide them a good quality of the life. Regent group diversify
themselves in the real estate management and investment management in 2018, with the settle
down of the regent investment management.
There values are robust the leadership, ethical culture, genuine integrity, entrepreneurial
spirit, natural compensation and team work. They used the Thinking into character programme
known as TIC, an amazing transformational programme developed by Dr Selva Pankaj. Radian
associate and Lenzner group are the top most competitors of the company (Löfsten, 2016). The
services which are provide by the group are; executive research and recruitment, professional
recruitment, board search recruitment, project based and recruitment process outsourcing are the
varieties of services which are provided by the company to their clients.
Client of the regent group and the different type of problem they are facing
The regent group is the education institution, they are offering various services to the
students like TIC, HND, foundational course, master degree, student loan and shift wise classes.

There clients are not only student but, staff, teenagers, parents, investors, employee all are comes
under the client list of regent group.
Staff: The regent group has many staff which are helping the company in increasing their
market value and brand image in the London market. The consultant provide the service to the
clients and staff members help the consultants to work as the need of the clients.
Students: there are many employees who are enrol themselves as the student of the
regent group as they provide the different courses like, TIC, HND, foundation, diploma, master's
degree, loan facilities to the students and all day shifts classes (Nicholas and Steyn, 2017). They
needed to develop their skills and knowledge so they introducing various programme for their
students. In between 18-26 years students are majorly studying in the regent group across the
global areas.
Teenagers: The consultant provide the various services and suggestions to the teenagers
as they are needed to develop their skills and knowledge in order to get the successful future in
higher education.
Parents: the professional courses are the main step in the development of the student, so
parents can help in this to their children. As sometimes parents explain the student is much
better way rather than any consultant or friends. The regent group are consultant the student and
at the same time they consulting their parents as well. In this way they help the students parents
to help their children in choosing their career path.
Investors: Investors are the one who help the company to take their business at high
level. Regent group work with so many investors as it is a multinational company having the
large numbers of customers and students.
Employees: The employees are the main consultant to the company who took the
company at the path of success (Nicholas and Steyn, 2017). Their employees make the quality
and complete the need of the customers. Many employees of regent group make the various steps
which increase the sales and profitability of the growth.
The problem which are face by the clients of the company are:
Lack of staff: employees and staff are the important factor of the company as consultant
provide the services to the customers but the staff provide the backside support to the employee.
This create the problem to the customers when they are not able to complete the services as their
need.

Less use of resources: the resources which are used by the companies are very less and
strict in nature. They are holding a large position in the the market but the way they implement
them are not organised.
Failure in the planning: The employee of the company are not having the authority to
take the decision at the right time which leads to the miscommunication and failure in the
company (Pina and Tether, 2016). And it create the problem for the customers as they can't get
the services which are client actually wanted.
Critically analysing and presenting the area which implement the importance to the client
The market: The market of the regent group are defined by the customers, so the
services which are provided to the customers are must be effective and critically analysed in
order to complete the demand of the customers and increase the numbers of customers.
Factors influencing the customers: There are the external and internal factors which
may affect the decision of the company in regards to customers. Political factors, inflation rate
and the various social factors influence the decision of the customers. Internal analysis of the
company influence the decision of the service power of the company. The strikes, local
universities are the threat to the company and five location, 3 universities are help the company
to influence the decision of the customers.
Target market and competitors: the customers of the 18-26 years old group are the
targeted customers of the company. Regent group must improve the planning procedure of the
company to work more effectively and attract the customers. As there are so many competitors
of the company like Croydon college, barnet and south gate college are the major competitors of
the regent group. As they are also focusing on increasing the quality of the services which they
offered to the customers.
Top three problems face by the clients
The business consultant are the one who solve the problem of their clients, in choosing
their career options. The organisation use the skilled and knowledgable employees to increase
their performance (Rachinger and et.al., 2019). But after all these there are the major issues
which are faced by the customers:
Lack of awareness: People are very less aware with the services and scope which are
available in the market and in the major institutions. The regent group are providing the
information regarding the services and help them in selecting the goals and career in their future

aspect. The unawareness of the students about the courses create the difficulties for the student
to make their plan.
Better work culture: If the organisation provide the better work culture to their clients
with less of miscommunication and inefficiency in the work environment. Customer get more
attract in which organisation where the work culture is unique and different (Remane and et.al.,
2017). The regent group provide the clients a better work culture and also help them in providing
the high performance of the company.
Promotion of the organisation: Customer review will affect the customer's making
decision and solve their problems. Review of the existing customers help the new customers to
know about the company in more details and make the decision regarding to choose the company
or not. In regent group different customers are attract with the services and reviews of the
company which are provided them by the customers.
There are various issue or problems which are face by the customers including above
listed problems. But the above three problems are the main listed as without knowledge,
awareness (Nicholas and Steyn, 2017). Furthermore better work culture and the growth rate of
the organisation provide the better service to the customers and it will help them to make their
decision in regard to make the growth of customers career and growth.
Conclusion
From the above report it is concluded that regent group of London are the business
consultant service. As the regent group is expanding there business with their special analysis on
TIC, HND diplomas, basic foundation degree, student loan possibilities and masters degree.
There are the various clients who are facing the many problems with the regent group. To solve
there problem company analysis the various competitors strength, targeted customers and various
influencing market factors either internally or externally. Their main competitors are Lenzner
Group, Hygun Group, Tyges and Blueskyserach. And in last report included the top three issues
which are face by their clients and solutions to solve their issues.
