INTRODUCTION
Business consulting refers to the activity which is fulfilled by the consultants who are
working on their business to ensure smooth flow of all departments (Diachkov, 2018).
This study will illustrate that London School of Science and Technology and Fairfield
School of Business are facing issues regarding the marketing department and human resource
personnel. Along with this, the study will also investigate diversified areas which are highly
significant for the clients. Further, the study will also mention some of top three issues which
LSST and FSB is facing. The study also provided the solutions for issues which LSST and FSB
were facing.
MAIN BODY
1.Identification of the clients name and the issues faced by them
The client which has been chosen for this study is LLST and FSB who are named as
London School of Science and Technology and Fairfield School of Business who are facing
issues in their respective areas.
Client 1
Client 1 is related to the Fairfield School of Business which is taking concern of
launching the new course and along with this academic portfolio of the organization is to be
framed. The basic aim of FSB is to launch a portfolio which helps in ensuring that all the
professional information in the context of human resource has been developed among the
employees. From the analysis and evaluation, it has been identified that the organization is facing
issues and problems in launching advanced and new course which enables the understanding in
some of the specific areas (Bardos and et.al., 2021). This course has been framed by the human
resource management so that they are able to ensure to make the employees highly modern in
their behaviour. For framing this course to be fruitful and beneficial, the organization needs to
ensure that the course is able to gain and attract maximum number of students and engage them
in this course. The participation of the employees play major role and will contribute to this
course in effective and progressive manner. This problem has been come into notice because
FSB wants to recruit employees within the organization which contributes to the growth and
development.

Project 2 is based on London School of Science and Technology who are facing the
issues in the marketing department of the organization. This problem has come into notice
because there is lack of skilled employees or academicians who are experienced within the
organization. Another issue which has been focused upon is recruitment of high skilled
employees within the organization (Nzabirinda, 2021). These are some of the critical situations
which needs attention and improvement in the processes so that there are changes and
modifications which are required in progressing with growth and overcoming challenges which
organization is facing. Due to these issues and problems the organization is facing competitive
advantages in the market and is able to gain the positive impacts while enabling working in the
market. The main aim is to solve such issues which have been arising at large scale as they need
proper attention so as to seek growth and development.
2. Studying the investigation over the diversified areas which are highly significant to their
clients
Client 1
To resolve the issues which Fairfield School of Business is facing, research is required to
be conducted for the specified areas which help in providing the information which is beneficial
for getting along with competitive advantages which are served in the market structure. With the
help of research, it has been identified that there are some specific competitors in the market
such as Province College, TCNJ and Bentley University are the major competitors of Fairfield
School of Business. For dealing with them, it is very important there some strategies are framed
to ensure that the workflow is being concerned in an effective manner (McEvoy and et.al., 2019).
This has been done with the help of segmenting the market in which the process which has been
taken in the segmentation is the psychographic segmentation because this process offers wide
range of choices. This will be discussed on some of the major parameters in effective and
efficient manner. It is very important the services are positioned in the market which helps in
knowing that to position the services with the candidates, market positioning plays specific role.
The organization offers CIMA and ACCA degrees in HR which helps in attracting highly
capable candidates within the campus.
