Introduction
This report will be discussed on five major contextual factors such as organizational structure or
governance, environmental forces, organization and business practices, the function of diverse
firm and risk confronting the firm. These factors will always help to accomplish the goal of the
organization. All the journals are discussed in this report are verified, and it's content to represent
in the context of the organization. In this report, the discussion will be on the respective topic.
Each article expressed why these topics were covered by these journals and what the findings in
the journal are. After evaluating and identifies the significant aspect, the role of manager
elaborates that why these findings will be helpful to the manager in taking the right decisions on
time. The main aim of the organization is to make the proper decision on these contextual
factors. It represents the performance rate of the organization by various means.

Conclusion
This report has been concluded that five major contextual factor of the management and
business context. After analysing the entire journal according to the researcher that
organizational structure and governance is the most significant contextual factor of the
organization. The financial organization values all the contextual factors. But organizational
structure is the most prominent from all the elements like in the Commonwealth Bank of
Australia (CBA) creates the most functional structure which is helpful to utilize the
resource, and the operation or activity are managed. In Westpac organizational structure
make the relationship with the government clients, corporate and institutional sectors.
Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) generate its organizational structure
according to the governance and distinguish the responsibility according to the hierarchy
level. This level shows the power of responsibility. The top level of organizational structure
has the most dominant power in the organization. The National Australia Bank (NAB) has a
business structure which enables the duties and responsibility in each level. The financial
organization must carefully prepare its organizational structure because all the perception
and expectation are based on that only. The level of hierarchy describes the power of
responsibility, so all the corporate sector prefers to apply these contextual factors which
were already discussed in the report. The implementation of these factors will provide a
better outcome and achieve the goal of the organization.
