By using holistic management process, one can identify the potential threat to the
organization, corona virus crisis for this paper. On encountering a positive case for corona
virus, the individual should be immediately isolated from the rest of the employee group.
Then this individual should be admitted to the nearest healthcare organization for the
treatment of the individual affected by the corona virus. He or she must be prevented from
coming in contact with the other employees of the organization. All the other employees must
be tested for the presence of corona virus antigen in their blood. This must be the overall
reaction of an organization towards a positive case.

When one of the strategic suppliers of an organization is found to be infected by the
corona virus, a backup team is to be brought forward to take care of the situation. The backup
strategic supplier team must detect the incident, regularly monitor the incident, communicate
internally inside the organization, receive and respond to the risks of advisory system,

facilitate a structured communication with the emergency responders and alerting all the
associated parties with the organization. This warning and communication procedures
associated with the regular exercises have been found to be very much effective in preventing

The business continuity strategy will first follow the determination and selection
procedure to analyze the risk of the current situation. Intolerable risk, non-assumable risk and
information risk have been found to be the three major categories of risks associated with an
organisation. The first step will be to mitigate and respond to the impact of the corona virus
and manage it as according to the processes given in the previous answers. The planning
process will include both a disruptive incident management plan and communications plan.
The new plan will be treated with exercising and testing in order to test its effectiveness in
running the business. Finally, this strategy will be implemented in the organisation for the
continuation of business (Kaufhold et al., 2018).
