Introduction
The purpose of the following paper is to describe the business management controlling of
the organizations. The chosen businesses for this paper are Walmart and Blackberry. The two
multinational organizations are considered as two of the biggest organizations in their respective
industries. Walmart is one of the biggest retail companies in the world whereas Blcakberry is one
of the biggest organizations in the world (3). The business management controlling is one of
their most significant aspects for the growth and it is related with the leadership skills.
Management controlling of Walmart
The management controlling of Walmart has always been of the foremost significance for
Walmart in the recent years (2). The aspect of the leadership is quite associated with this. The
managers and leaders of the organizations always work with proper delight and understanding to
make sure all the things within the organization are maintained properly. The business issues
have always arisen in this company and the leaders have controlled those issues properly as well.
All the associates of the company work under proper co-ordination so the smooth working is
always kept running within their operations. The business managers always monitor the
performance of all the associates very closely and this monitoring is based on their daily
operations they perform on the floor (2).
They also go on to make the proper changes within the organization if they feel it to be
much necessary. The controlling department of Walmart has to perform a lot of functions. They
have several responsibilities as well (5). These different functions are to identify the potential
gaps in the organization that are acting as the barriers to the organizational success. They
business controlling managers of the organization will surely plan the ways the changes can be

adopted, organize the ways by convincing the employees to adapt to the changes, lead the
associates for the proposed change and finally controlling the activities of the organization. The
organizing of the activities will have to be done properly and this will be the most crucial aspect
for the overall success of the organization indeed (3). The proper maintenance of the
organizational culture will also be reflected in the management controlling as well. The
managers, leaders and associates will have to work efficiently and control the different issues
within the organization (5).
Management controlling of Blackberry
Blackberry is an internationally acclaimed mobile and telecommunications company.
They apply several types of software functions that help the users to keep safe and secure indeed.
In this context, the target audience will have to be quite aware of the functions that the business
controlling management will provide (1). This will be good for the customers only. The
controlling section of the business management will be liable for updating the software
application within the devices they produce.
The controlling department will have to monitor the innovative aspects of the employees
and help them to discover the new ways by which the customers can be benefitted. The
customers are very much aware that the security technology of Blackberry is something for
which the company is widely acclaimed (1). This is why they rely on the Blackberry devices.
The business controlling department will make sure that this security technology is safer and it
can be improved in many ways as well. The controlling section will go on to make the changes if
they find anything wrong in the safety and security technology in the devices of the organization.
They will also reward the employees for their efficiency in the innovation process (4).

They will develop new technologies that will be beneficial for the Bluetooth devices and
the Wi-Fi systems as well (6). However the company should also focus on making sure about the
growth of the employees and providing them with the necessary facilities. Newly installed
applications should be made to go through a thorough security check indeed (4). This will also
be a responsibility for the controlling department of the management. The administrators in the
controlling section should provide basic details to the employees for the needed development and
organizational system changes.
Conclusion
As per the above discussion, the conclusion can be drawn that the business controlling
section is a very crucial segment for the organizations to get the desired success. The companies
like Walmart and Blackberry are very cautious about their contributions to the business
controlling. Walmart always supports their associates and motivate them to perform better in the
coming times by monitoring their performances. However, Blackeberry also has shifted their
attention and focus in business controlling through updating their technology.
