INTRODUCTION
In this documentation, this study defines about understanding of business creativity in my
specific module in the collage. Moreover, this assignment defines about during my module
completion in the company, I have learnt several new things in order to manage a business in
effective ways. Apart from it, this study also refer to importance of innovation and creative
thinking in respect to sustain in the market in more relevant form.
TASK 1
Essay topic: Business creativity
It is difficult to understand certain things until i really undergo on it effectively. Being an
entrepreneur is not easy thing for me, it is a great experience in order to get specific business
experiences in more effective form. Education and reading about businesses in certain thing but i
can not understand certain business things until I run my busisness my own. There are some
effective things which is needed to learn in order to make creativity in my professional life
efficiently. Business creativity is certain thing which I needed to learn most in my business
professional life in order to understand some specific thing which can assist me to bring my
business experiences at high level in effective form (Martens, 2011). Instant judgement is the
enemy of creativity in the business environment in effective form. During completion of my
module, I have learnt several new thing about making creation in my professional business life in
sufficient manner. Being a student in business management, become an entrepreneur is most
necessary part form in respect to learn certain new things in the business which can developed
my creative mined corporate sector in more relevant sort. In terms of preparation of full session
of my modules, I have learnt that, creativity is as the act of coming up with an idea on particular
mind effectively (Titchen and McCormack, 2010). In case of business, creativity plays most vital
part form me in context of learning more innovative things in the business environment in
appropriate form. However, it must be emphasised by me in order to proper development and
implementation of the idea for me in respect to work in a team of the business in more effective
manner. As per my module studying in the collage, I have learnt several things which I needed
most in order to evaluation of creative mind for making major and quick decision in business
environment which can assist me to development in some of my managerial and leadership skills
and attributes in more reflective form (James and Brookfield, 2014). In my class rooms, several
fellow students have different-different business mind. All of them have particular mind of

business so many in some difficult part of the business, they have assisted me to designing of
creative decision in some crucial business situation effectively. Apart from it, this is the most
effective thing for me is that, all students are learning their business attributes and skills in the
collage and so everybody sharing same class room, so it was great opportunity for me in terms of
making use of each one's business mind and ideas for converting them into a new product and
services (Rickardsand Moger, 2017). These activities can assist me to reach to my predetermined
goals and objective in more relevant form. As per my lecture in the collage, my parent professor
has been conducted a workshop in the collage about to screening new business ideas of particular
mind which can develop new business in specific industry effectively. In such situations, I get
impressive opportunity to make participation in this particular workshop which can assists me to
make development in my business creative skills and also helps me to learn the ways of creative
thinking in the business in respect to tackle crucial situations of business environment
sufficiently (Moon, 2013). During my course in the collage, I have learnt several new things
about to creativity in business activities and exercises in order to sustain in the complex world in
effective way. I have learnt that, creativity in the business situations are most essential things in
order to manage each critical condition of the industry in specific way. Creativity learning theory
defines that, creativity thinking is a god gift for us and it is also out of control for everyone
(O’Connell and Dyment, 2011). There is no boundary for ways of creative thinking, creativity
may be generated accidentally in specific mind effectively. The association theory of creative
thinking refer to the process of thinking associatively from one area to another through the use of
lateral and thinking and brainstorming methods. This is the most popular theory of creative
thinking in real life. When I attend workshop of business creative mind. There are some evidence
has been given by professionals to students in order to make us feel proud on them. Variety of
business thoughts has been presented in the workshop by various students and professors in
respect to proper management of business activities in the industry in more relevant form.
Moreover, I have also suggested specific thoughts on, how retail industry can increase their sales
by implementing creativity on some of its particular areas in sufficient form (Moon, 2013). This
is the most crucial task form me to presenting a creative thought on specific business situations
in appropriate way. I have suggested that, the retail business can established their new outlets at
major location of the city effectively and also implement innovation in them in context of attract
new customers towards its stores in effective form. My suggestion on creativity in business has

been appreciated by professors effectively. Moreover, there are some certain things which is
most beneficial for me during the workshop and lecture in the class room specifically. Variety of
business mind's illustration has been given in the lectures and also ways of their thinking on
some crucial business condition also has been showed to us efficiently (Sarri, Bakouros, and
Petridou, 2010). The bad thing for me is that, several class fallow does not make proper attention
on me in order to describe something new thing to me. Not proper attending class in some
critical health issues were also bad thing for me. During the course in the collage and attending
particular workshop in business creative minds helped me to learning several new thing which
has been assisted me to being a successful entrepreneur in my life effectively. After finishing the
session, I have done several creative things for establishment of new business and modify my
managerial and leadership skills in order to formation of new business ideas effectively.
According to learning session of my module, I have learnt that, creative in business is most
necessary part for each business in order to run a business in specific manner.
Reflection on my creativity and innovation skills:
Creativity and innovation both are major part for me in order to learn several new things
about business creation in effective ways. Creativity is essential terms for being an entrepreneur
and do unique things at the workplace in context of sustain in the complex competitive world
efficiently (Lamb, 2013). However, creative thinking is only certain things, which have assisted
me to development of new idea about to production of fresh product and services which have
more market value in the industry in more effective manner. During completion process of my
module, I have noticed that, creativity is the initial stage of implementation of innovation on
some particular mind in effective manner (Ohler, 2013). With the help of creative mind, I can
implement innovation on specific business in respect to raising in profitability of my business
effectively. Innovation includes utilisation of specific innovation in some particular areas of the
business by which effective development can be gained in relevant manner. Innovation on the
business could be implemented on internal and external parts of organisation. Innovation in the
business sections also refer to organisational creativity which grounds on business research and
development culture sufficiently (Bean, 2011). There are some certain things which is helped me
to proper self developing in profession sector appropriately. During lecture schedule in the class
room, I have leant that, business keep up with modern innovation approach in order to keep their

product and services unique as per customer demand. I have notice that, creativity and
innovation assist the business situations to bring out the firm in its critical condition in the
business in more relevant form (Bissola and Imperatori, 2011). IN this below figure, I have
explained the proper relationship between creativity and innovation in appropriate way.
Creativity assist me to thing as an entrepreneur in order to generate new idea in my mind
which can convert into specific product and services in order to fulfilment of specific product
and services in the market in more relevant form (Dul and Ceylan, 2011). The relationship
between innovation and invention assist me to understand the thing is that, innovation is ability
to become creative in our business experience in order to survive in the market at top level and
innovation furnish me ability to identification of something new sot which might create large
differences in competitive business environment effectively. Both approaches are useful for me
to formulate a creative idea in business sector in order to gain more competitive advantage in
sufficient form. Innovation describe to me is that, it is the process of taking a new and existing
ideas in order to turning into them in new action within the business environment effectively
(Amabile and Pillemer, 2012). This is the method of inventing something new in the market
which assist the firm to furnish new product and services in the market effectively. As per thing
module, I have noticed that, my parent professors assist me to learn about ways of creative
thinking in business environment in order to creation of new product and services which fulfil
customer requirement in effective form within the market effectively. During the workshop in

my collage, several innovative minds and professors has been contributed to participation in
workshop and assist me to acquire wide range of knowledge of importance of creativity and
innovation in business activities sufficiently (Horn, 2012). Moreover, during completion this
module in collage, I have also made major focus on proper development of my managerial and
leadership skills effectively. My class fellow and professors assisted me to gain appropriate
experience about effective leadership and also told me about relevant attributes of manger and
leadership within the business environment in order to sustain in the market in more relevant
form (Wilson, N., 2010). There were also some specific online form has been organised by
collage authorities in the university about to effective development in creative thinking and
innovation on business. These online form assist me to make proper evolution on my specific
areas of creative mind and the ways of thinking in creative mind in order to sustain in the market
in more efficient form. I have made participation in group working on some specific creation of
creative idea on specific auto-mobile company sector, in this team, I have played major part in
terms of giving proper suggestion to implementation of innovation on Volkswagen group
effectively (Buck, Sobiechowska and Winter, 2013). I have given advised that, the business need
to make implementation of innovative technology in their products and services as per modern
demand in new product and service in the market in more relevant form so that, the business can
gain appropriate profitability within the business more sufficiently. During my module it has
been learnt that, to become a successful entrepreneur I need to make use of effective business
creativity in relevant form in order to keep ahead in competitive market in effective ways
(Schön, 2017). I have lead my team in coursework and there are several things which I have
identified that, I need to make improvement in my organisation skills and leadership skills in
order to sustain in the market in relevant form.
CONCLUSION
From the investigation, it is concluded that, during the module, I have learnt several new
thing about business creativity in order to run an existing and new business in appropriate way.
Moreover, this assignment also concludes about, I have learnt several new things in the business
which can be improved with the help of creative thinking of management. During the completion
of my module in the collage, various workshops has been attended by me, which furnishes me
value about importance of innovation in the business environment and I have also identified

some key areas such as managerial skills, leadership skills and organisation skills in which I
needed to make proper personal development effectively.
