advantage so as it can gain the effective market share and profitability. Human resources of the

within the organisation, company have to train and encourage its workforce as they take

Being an employee in the Tommy Hilfiger company, I have various roles and
responsibility toward the organisation. Its main objective is to produce the high quality of
product and services for gain the customer attraction. I am obligated to generate something new
in the company so as its product and services are new designed. I have to bring new thoughts,
innovative idea etc. so as I can make new design of the business and improve the existing
performance of organisation. In addition to this, I have analysed that cited venture is facing the
issue related to the low market share and profitability due to ineffective quality of product and
services. Being an employee in the organisation, I have responsibility to resolve this issue in an
effective manner and produce an effective solution.
From the above discussion, it has been analysed that I have responsibility to deliver effective

Experience- This stage defines that life is full of experience as individual have various
kind of experience which assist them in analysing their personality. An individual is
always learn from the experience in their life and there are countless opportunities in their
life. In the context of improving my personality and professionalism for attainment the
goal of Tommy Hilfiger, this stage will assist me in large manner as I can learn from my
experience (St‐Jean, 2012). For instance, in the college level I have attended various
personality development workshops and seminar by the international professors. That
was my great experience in my life as I have opportunities to learn the various languages,
skill and ability. These all things will definitely aid me in my current employment and
future job. In the duration of the college level seminar and workshop,, I have also
opportunity to gain the knowledge about the business management. As I was the student
of MBA so my workshop was organised on the topic of business creativity. In this
workshop, the professor has provided the depth knowledge and understanding about the
business. Through this opportunity I have learnt various things about the business start-up
and survive ion the competitive business environment.
From the school and college level seminar and workshop, my personality has been positivity
developed and professionalism is also enhanced. Thus, I can say that my experience really
helped me in improving my personality and professionalism.

experienced. Some people are naturally good at this stage. In a simple word it can be said

and college level. From these learnings and opportunities, I have reflected and observed
my own personality. I have measure my past and existing improvement after these
workshops and seminar experience so as I have founded that I have improved my
professionalism in an effective manner as it has gained the various kinds of knowledge,

define the features and quality of product and services so as they can influence to purchase the
product and services. In addition to this, I have effective team working skill through which I can
