The project will aim at developing the customer relationship through
suitable communications between the customers and the venture. The
CRM will aim at identifying the potential customers and delineate the
requirements of the same.
The implementation of CRM will assist the organization in identifying the
specific IT based support needs of the customers and thereby map the
requirements of the same for suitable development of the existing
processes. The development of the existing processes in adherence to
the IT based requirements of the customers will support the competitive
edge of the business.
