quantity of Pecans. Pollination of theses nut will occurs during their time of September and seeds
of Pecans matured or properly grown in May. Farmers then harvested theses nuts. Demand of
theses pecans in South America as well as mid Asians countries are comparatively high. These
are good for heath as it help in improve digitation system as well as full of nutrition it also useful
in reduce weight and decrease the changes of cancer. Pecans are beneficial for hears and glowing
skin thus it demand as been increase in market (Bolaños, Leiva, Sotelo and Raymundo, 2019).

projects. In this case probability of failure of new machine would be 0.20% on the other side the
chances of failure of success by using old machine for Pecans production would be 0.80% .
P(A) 0.2 P(B) 0.8 P() = P(A) * P(B) 0.16 So, P() = 1 -P() 0.84. A consider as the even of failure
of new machine and B consider as failure of using old machine probability.

machine by taken loan from bank. When they choose to go with option firs they only need to pay
2000 $ from their profits to fulfil or cover up cost of initial investment , on the other side when
they decide to select option two in which bank offer then to an of 696000 and pay interest rate of
11 % on monthly basis. Organization need to pay 96000*11/100 = 864 per monthly basis to
cover up their initial cost for upcoming 11 months. Thus they need to go with option first. As the
rate of risk is decrease and organization can able to pay from their profits (Kureck and

peanut, pistachio in case of freshness the quality of Pecan is high as well as in case of taste the
quality of cashew is good, the average value of pecan quality is comparatively high. Value of
pistachio and peanuts is comparatively low , as customer like to eat pecans as compare to other
nuts (Bolaños, Leiva, Sotelo, and Raymundo, C2019).

Manager of Pecan Peanuts use SWOT analysis through which the can able to identifying
opportunities and threat regarding investing in Macadamia and Almond snacks to expand their
market.
