Managing a data resource is very crucial for any organisation as this accuracy of

opportunity for marks and Spencer to enter any new emerging market and develop a good
strategic plan (Osili, Horvath and Bergdoll, 2019).
Threats: in this the first thing which occurs is the liability of law as it keeps changing with each
country or region, marks and Spencer have to be exposed to various liabilities which can adore
and explain certain perspectives which can be changes as per policies in market. They can even
make several lawsuits from many regions which can actually work regarding standards and
fluctuation are seen in this area of interest and shall be held liable in nature to understand and

organisation. The most strengths which can be grown by them is released from all the local
distributors so they can achieve certain regulations as per requirement but if this changes they
can have many issues regarding this. They have to use all data which is given to them so they can
