Interpretation
• It can be interpreted from the graphs that sales or revenue
made by Food for Friends is decreased.
• As from the year 2011 to 2013 as it was 750, 645 and
decreased to 580 in 2013.
• This shows inefficiency of firm to sell food items to
customers.
• But after this, sales are increased as at the end of 2017, it was
810.
• This represents that business has formulated effective
strategies which led to enhanced profits in desired way.

Interpretation
• The above pie and column charts shows profit made by Food
for Friends from 2011 to 2017 financial year.
• This can be interpreted that it was not able to manage
expenditures which had led to decline in profits.
• As it is low in 2011 to 2013 but afterwards, profits are
maximised up to great extent as it had raised to 210.6 at the
end year 2017.
• This shows firm is able to manage expenses quite effectively
and as such, profits are considerably increased.

Trend line on sales

Interpretation
• It can be interpreted that trend line of revenue earned
and that of profit made is consistently increased.
• As it can be seen from 2011 to 2017 financial year .
• It can be said that firm will be able to make good
profits in future period as well with much ease.
• Profit and sales or revenue both will increase at
higher growth rate as predicted by trend line chart.
