Protecting Business Data from Unmanaged Devices: ChekLite Project

This project focuses on developing strategies to protect ChekLite's business data from unmanaged devices. The student's role involved designing a project plan, defining the project scope, and establishing objectives, alongside the team. The student applied knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMBOK, to define functional and non-functional requirements, and create project schedules. Key learning outcomes included defining and assessing project risks, and managing project communications. The project also involved providing training to employees on the implemented solutions, with the goal of implementing a technical solution for an Android application. The project plan was a critical deliverable, and the student contributed to the project's overall success by following the project plan, contributing to the development of an IT artefact, and adhering to the project's scope and assessment requirements.

gained knowledge about how to define
risk in a project and how to carry out risk
assessment in the project.

communication in a project in which I
was not having enough knowledge.
