these internal or external factor will succeed in the business world and companies who do not
focus on these factor could face menu difficulties and lows money at the same time.
It has been found that, uncertainty shortage of the innovative idea on technology, less skilled
manpower, environmental factor and culture of employee in communities are the only few of the
key business and concerns which have been identified. Even so they are falling behind with the
competition visit the rising of the challenges to the company (Simkins, Maier and Ruder, 2021).
Various organisation have a variety of challenges among the most is deciding on the source of
funding this is because only few investors are showing their interest in funding for their
businesses and more banks also asks and lot of information before providing them loan and other
financial assistance. Type of businesses should develop business strategy for its operations.

contribute to their success.
First, it is an effective way to analyze the foreign market, as well as to hire qualified
professionals, who will help them achieve their business goals. A new concept and a well-
thought-out business plan will be submitted to a separate contractor. A business plan is the
foundation of a company, which will enable the owner and employees to understand when the
impact of the company's operations will be implemented soon (Casimir, 2021). Performance
planning, barriers and how to manage them, will help the organization deal with work-related
issues that arise.
The second big thing is the innovative idea which are crucial in dealing with all the

2021). Likely there are various types of organisation and counter and numerous of concerns and
various and the company which find those and handle the difficulties and responding safely and
in the organised manner is it because they comes in eyes the significance of problem will suffer
loss or loss and where I businesses that are careless for difficulties will suffer huge losses.
Reflection
It is essential that I must have some specific debate skills and knowledge for conducting the
debate for explaining and presenting the topics and presentation in front of audience. Here, I
supposed to decide a topic first then I focus on my team which will help me to develop the skills
and suggest my some corrections whenever it is required during the debate practice. Here, my
team will provide me the sources and other requirements from where I will collect information
on the topic which is finalised for debate. Every debate has two sides ‘For the Topic’ and
‘Against the Topic’ (Bubnys, 2019). In case I have to speak For the Topic side then I have to
find those sources which will provide me information in the favour of topic that yes this happens
and agrees that the topic is true and the problem which is discussed in debate actually arise in
real world. On the other hand in case I supposed to speak Against the Topic then in this case will
search those sources which will help me to get that information which speaks in against the
topic. Hence, my team first analyse that I have to speak on what, in favour or in against. After
deciding this then we all supposed to gather reliable sources for the information collection on the
topic.
Teachers and supervisors help me to finish my topic of debate on time without taking extra
time or taking less time. Every debate is fixed to be completed in a limited time and my teachers

suggest me to use timer and other devices which will measure the time (Crane and et. al., 2020).
Beside this factor, they also help me to focus on my grammar, tone of voice, speaking style,
body language and many others. Here, they correct my written part wherever they notice
grammar mistakes. My supervisor explains me that how some words are spoken in some
different and attractive manner which will influence audience that our point of view is correct.
They also told me that how I use my body language during debate conduction like standing style,
hands moving style and many things. Here, my teachers and supervisors help me a lot in
knowing those things which is ignored by many debate speakers and these things like body
language, speaking style, and tone and etc. impacts very strongly upon debate. Hence, I learned
these skills too.
Apart from all this debate also help me to develop my communication skill and coordination
skill because during debate practices I supposed to communicate with my teachers, supervisors,
other students and many more. I supposed to coordinate with them that whatever they are saying
I have to follow and show them results. Debate is helpful for me to learn how I can wait for my
turn to speak because before debate I always speak in between of other’s words and always say
my point of view on topics. After good supervision I learned that debate is not only for speaking
and saying our opinions and neglecting others to speak. No it’s a bad habit. I learned that we
must have good patience level to speak our thoughts only then when our turn will come. Cutting
down others flow of speaking is not a good habit and in many debates marks will be deducted
due to this reason also.
Beside this I have also learn to control me aggression. Actually I am a aggressive person
who always talk loudly to put my opinion. Hence, debate helps to learn that aggressive tone and
behaviour is always not so important. It is not compulsory that I have to shout and speak loudly
to grab the attention of audience. I learned that audience will listen me if I have the techniques
and ways of taking with them. In case aggression is required then there I may use it but when it
is required to speak on the topic politely there I couldn’t use aggressive tone to convey my
message.
I supposed to focus more on main issues and giving real life examples help me to make my
debate more interesting for audience and judges. Debate is conducted in a limited time hence,
only important topics must be covered and irrelevant data should be eliminated (Falon and et. al.,
2021). Using real life examples is also good idea because giving real life examples help us to

give proof of our topic that we are saying is correct. No one can neglect real life examples. But it
should be important to give real life examples in a formal way and some good and positive
examples will be used which will not harm any religion or any culture. Hence, providing any
example is good but only then when it is acceptable by audience and judges. Therefore, every
debate has a formal way to conduct which is essential to learn and I learned it with the help of
my team mates.
Apart from this I learned one of the most important skills of life in my opinion which is self
reflection. Here, I identify my strengths and weaknesses that what are my positive points. It
covers all my skills which I already have and in which I can lead the debate completion. In case
of analysing weaknesses I get to know that some weaknesses are those weaknesses which even I
don’t know that they are my weaknesses. Before this debate I supposed to think that I am good at
coordination and time management skills. I thought that these skills are my strengths but after
practicing for debate I get to know that I am lacking behind in both these skills. Hence, debate
help me to analyse my strengths and weaknesses on which I will focus and from next time I will
make sure that all my weakness will be converted into my strengths as soon as possible which
will help me to take participation in more debate competitions.
CONCLUSION
Therefore, from the above carried out study it has been summarised that a critical
thinking skills would support in upheading a argugement based on the various facts either on the
favour or against. Moreover, it has been identified that transferable skills also support in the
creation and preparation of the topical debates to come across a rational justification.
