organization Monash University is considered to be the key part of discussion. The report is
presented on a reflective mode giving more focus on certain factors that are associated with the
system of group and individual decision-making function.
On the other the study also discusses about certain factors which effects the decision-
making function within the internal environment of the organization along with giving certain
