Introduction
The purpose of the study is to shed light on critical analysis of personality traits on
decision making process. In this study the significance of behavioral characteristics of
individuals and its importance for driving the business decisions have been discussed. Based on
different decision making tools, the ability of mine for problem solving has been analyzed. The
dual processing model, the eight stage decision making process model and bounded rationality
model have been used by me for the decision making analysis. Through the learning process, it
has been analyzed by me that in order to determine the unique adjustment in the organizational
environment, psychological system of the decision maker plays an important role for developing
effective culture.
Body
I have made the decision for opening a new Jewelry shop as I have strong passion
towards opening my own business. By continuing this I can also say that due to my experience in
this field, I believe, using my abilities I can be effectively implement the decision. By continuing
this, it can be said that I have also made a decision on introducing a food cart, in which street
foods will be served to the people. Analyzing both the decisions, I believe, the Jewelry shop
opening idea of mine is better. Based on my previous abilities, I will be effectively implement
my decision. Based on the eight stage decision making process model I have come up with this
idea.
I have used different personality trait analysis tool, where it has been identified by me
that the due to my medium score in Narcissism, I am little arrogant and need constant praise,
which sometimes can create negative impact on my decision making process. By continuing this

I can say that due to lack of empathy, rather than thinking about the group, sometimes I prefer
my benefits, which drives me towards attempting wrong decisions. On the other hand, based on
my pathological characteristics, it can be said that I do not have the strong ability to respond in
the emotional situations, which brings challenge for me to understand the critical situation. I
have the dominated characteristics, which makes me impulsive and that drive negative impact on
my decision making ability. It has been analyzed by me that due to my negative personality
traits, the problem solving process of mine gets delayed, which can impact on the decision
making process of mine in future. I believe, due to such characteristics of mine, I may face
difficulties for making the right decision on the behalf of my organization. I believe, these
characteristics will create major barriers for fulfilling my responsibilities in proper manner.
I have collected the feedbacks from the class members, where it has been identified by
me that among all different components of decision making process, I follow the structured
decision making process. As I am unambiguous, clear and can easily define by point of view.
During the learning process, it has been analyzed by me that I prefer logical thinking in case of
solving problems, however, due to my quick and impatient strategies towards solving problems
create challenges for me. In the Big5 personality test, it has been identified that in openness I
have scored 54%, which indicates my intellectual as well as creative abilities. Based on this
score, I believe, I have the ability to accept unusual and complex situations, which can help me
to deal with the difficult situation.
I believe, based on the score of mine in conscientiousness, I can say that I have the ability
to pursue my goals based on my determination towards my job. I believe in achieving in long
term goals, which can help me to improve my problem solving abilities of mine that can help the
company for achieving its goals. Based on the score of extraversion, I can say that I have the

ability to blend myself in every situation. I can easily earn friendship, which will help me to
develop good relationship with my colleagues. I believe, these characteristics of mine help me to
become a good decision maker. Analyzing the leadership qualities of mine, I can say that I have
the transformational leadership qualities. On the other hand, based on the score of agreeableness,
I can say that I have the ability to deal with empathy and get pleasure by serving others. I have
scored high in neuroticism, which indicates that I have the tendency to experience negative
emotion, which can influence my negative behavior towards others.
I believe, in order to implement the high quality decision, understanding the transition
process of data to wisdom is important. In the data transition process for my decision, I have
identified that relations between the market needs and the brand position in the market. Based on
the trend, I have started sharing information through different media activities. I believe, using
this initiative, I got the chance to maintain transparency with the customers. Understanding the
principle of my decision, I implemented my wisdom. In order to maintain the effectiveness of the
decision, I have also focused on managing the external business environment, in which critically
analyzing different business models and information processing system, decisions have been
made by me. Through the learning process, I have analyzed that in order to determine the unique
adjustment in the organizational environment, psychological system of mine can help me to
become an effective decision maker.
Conclusion
Based on the evaluation, it has been analyzed by me that the decisions which have been
made, played a significant role for understanding both the strength of mine. I believe, it will be
helping me to take further decisions for my organization in proper manner. I also believe that
depending on the personality traits, I can be able to become an effective decision maker in future,
