developed by Heavenly Chocolates ten years ago which was used for meeting the demands of
the local people. Two years ago, services of its website were available for international
market. This step of Heavenly Chocolates resulted in a rise in the customers and demands for
the products offered. Heavenly Chocolates was unable to match up with the demand and lose
its online customers due to lack of production capacity to meet the demand. This has affected
the customer base, sales, profitability and reputation of the Heavenly Chocolates.
Management of Heavenly Chocolates is planning to adopt strategies which will boost up the
