which they are actually facing about launching a new clothing line is present inside the
organization. The diversity among the employees of the company is the main reason which
affects their business plans and marketing strategies.

Our understanding about this company to launching their new clothing line now has been facing
some difficult challenges. The workers or the employees of this organization rebelled with their
new ideas. They all are agreed that this new collection will become very profitable for an
organization but they all cannot agree with the marketing strategies (Stanković & Radenković-
Jocić, 2017).
Sources of data and rationale for its usage:
The challenges which are actually facing this company have now become the controversial topic
of media. Some reputed newspapers and media channels covered the story of the reason behind
the delay of launching their clothing line. But with all of our details survey report, we came to
know all of these accusations and allegations are absolutely wrong. The actual reason behind the
delay of the product launch is disintegrated and disagreements between the employees in case of

taking decision. Lastly with the help of SWOT analysis tool this organization can actually
evaluate what is the actual weakness and threat for the endorsement of the new clothing line.
