 This has been seen that the business decision making of
the company is most crucial concern of the firm so that
the firm could attain the objectives within a time frame.
 There are so many tools which could affect the decisions
of the firm

OBJECTIVES
The main aim of this project to provide better strategy so
that the business could easily get the competitive
advantages.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
 Survey is made by providing adequate number of data.
 Under this research, primary research is conducted.
The gathered data is conferred in the form of graphs, pie charts

FINDINGS
• The survey provides a sound idea for opening the new
store in respect to quality is increasing.
• The respondents deliver a sound review and reflects their
optimum contribution in this research.

RECOMENDATION
The DG fashion needs to frame their policies as
per the clients need which will reflects in a
great manner.

CONCLUSION
 It is observed that there are various number of
sources by which they could frame information
which are known as the primary and secondary
data.
 DG fashions have sound mechanism that are
required to implement to frame efficient decisions.
