Every organisation has main objective is to earn profit and survive in competitive
environment for longer period of time and it can be possible only when the management takes an
effective business decision relating to managing various resources as well as other aspects which
brings positive result to company (Groebner and et. al., 2011). Thus it is important for company
to hire a skilled members with a motive of conducting research for them so that they can make a
crucial decision on the basis of collected information gather during research. The project covers
various information which is helpful in expanding business operation of restaurant in UK. All the
methods and techniques which is essentially required to set up a new chain is also discussed
under this report.

1.1: Sources of data collection
As it has been observed that the business is focusing on expanding their business
operation to large scale with the help of their new and innovative ideas. Thus an effective
decision should required to made (Ferrell and Fraedrich, 2015). The Balti Palace, a restaurant of
UK wants to expand their expand their business in different parts of London market and to
achieve such expansion they are required to conduct a research in order to collect feedbacks and
data from the people living to that specific place. For this, researchers should use collected data
from different sources. Such sources includes:
Primary data: It is considered as an effective and reliable method of collecting data as
the researcher personally reach to the customers for getting their views and suggestions. The
