Introduction
There is key role of teacher in the education system. The teacher helps the students to learn properly
and use the knowledge in future. The teacher plays the role of guide and assure that the students are able to
choose career path (Challa, Sayed and Acharya, 2021). This report has discussion related to the best ways
of delivering the lessons to the students. The right technique helps to attain success. The students require
best resources to enhances their skills. The best resources to teach the students of business management are
mentioned. It is important to use the right techniques and resources to teach the students. In the end, of this
report there is evaluation related to own practices done while teaching. In the end, the strengths and areas
of improvement are mentioned.
Task A Research Report
a) Explain the purpose of specialist delivery techniques in meeting learner needs in a specific area
Specialism: It is area that is being taught by the teacher. The teacher has good knowledge regarding
the subject and has ability to teach the same in effective manner. This enhances the knowledge of
the students in the subject.
Technique: It is the way of doing something. A person must know about the right way of doing a
task so that best results are derived (Mirzaxolmatovna and Ibrokhimovich, 2022). It is a well
defined procedure of achieving success.
Teaching technique: There are certain teaching techniques and it is important for teacher to deliver
best to the students. It helps the students in learn in the specialism area in proper manner.
Hattie & Marzano believe that students have self-efficacy that impacts the subsequent achievement. It is
important for the students to take care in the classroom and read carefully. The students must learn from
their mistakes.

a) In the own area of specialism which is business and management, there are some issues which influence
the creation of delivery techniques. Education and training must be deliver in an effective manner which
influence on the learning and knowledge of the student. Therefore, some of the issues which creates
barriers are new standards for making curriculum, lack of proper equipments and resource and poor
communication skills (Møller, Møller, and Ledderer, 2020). When I design curriculum I need to make
every new updates which require time and efforts . Also, lack of proper classroom instruments like smart
board, props and charts creates problems in making students learn.

helps in making their vocabulary strong.

D) In order to meet the needs of learners, there are various ways of delivery techniques that can be adopted
for fulfilling their expectations. It shows that, as being a teacher of business and management, I need to use
different online and offline software to promote effective learning environment. Therefore, it is necessary
to use handouts, power point presentation, you tube videos and A4 sizes and prints. These resources will be
helpful for providing learning to those students who do not have knowledge about using digital technology.
Therefore, it is necessary in business and management to solve case studies and make projects in power
point which will enhance their skills in using digital software. Also, as being a teacher, I require smart
boards and lectures slides to give assistance to students to get its access anytime.
c) Through using theories of Vark and Maslow, I am able to inspire and motive my students to learn
effectively and dedicatedly in the classroom. Providing support and guidance will helps in fulfilling
their psychophysical need in the classroom that helps students to learn basic concept first (Reddy,
Fox, and Purohit, 2019). It helps in finding the expectoration of student through classroom such as
interpersonal relations, friendship, appreciation for good and hard work. It demonstrate that, I could
use herberg's theory in finding the right way of motivation to promote equality and diversity.
Task C Practical Folder
a) Specialist delivery techniques and learning activities to meet with the needs of learners
In the own area of business and management, the learning activities must be use in order to meet the needs
of the learners. It Is essential for analysing the key needs of learners like their behaviour, attitude, learning
preferences and resources which are helpful as per creating better learning environment. The business and

management concept could be regulated by power point presentation and giving case studies (Dubois,
Hulthén, and Sundquist, 2019) ). It keeps the students active and engaged with the subject areas to
improvise their knowledge wherever they goes wrong. Therefore, I need to use techniques like creating
learning programmes and sessions for student interest, engage them for group quizzes and work on the
workbooks regularly. I need to check all the work on daily basis to ensure that each student is making
progress in it learning business and management. This shows that, it Is necessary for the follow up process
to take feedbacks from the students about problems and issues.
b) Use resources to support specialist delivery techniques and learning activities
there are many resources that can be used in delivery techniques (Srivatanakul, and Annansingh, 2022). It
could includes the handout materials, power point, teaching props and books for make students learn about
the concept. In business and management, I will mainly use power point and Skype to teach students
digitally and PowerPoint will include their skills to learn its skill and values.
Task D Reflective Report
You need to review the effectiveness of specialist delivery techniques to meet the needs of learners by writing a
Reflective Report on how you have developed your skills for specialist delivery techniques and activities on
completing this Project
I am able to understand there is key role of using right techniques so that best is provided to the
students. Being a teacher of business and management I use the lecture method to first of all make the
students understand the concept. There is need of effective communication skills so that work in carried in
effective manner. This is necessary for a teacher (Paul and West, 2018).
I have analysed that by using case studies the practical knowledge of the students is checked. It
helps to know about the action that the student will take in the place. It is necessary to know about the
future decision making of the business management students.
There is need of working in effective manner and taking proper care of the answers given by the
students so that they are given better education. There is key role of group discussion in enhancing the
knowledge of the students (Fry, Klages and Venneman, 2018). There is need of giving them a topic and
then they have discussed the same. I also take quiz on regular basis so that real performance of the students
is evaluated. It makes the students strong and remember the strong points

crucial to use resources and techniques for attaining students towards learning and meet with different
needs of students. They mainly wants to learn in diversity environment in which they needs to get
opportunities and support. Also, the report has shown use of online education sites and how these
techniques can be use in business and management.
