The Cake Store is most famous Cake shop in UK where they provide people the cake that
customer wants and design according to them only with fresh ingredients. It is one the best store
in UK who provide wide range of variety to the customers at basic price level.
Tim Slatter is the owner of The Cake Store. On 7 October 2003 shop was incorporated and are
creating an amazing cake. Started to make cakes at the time of summer. Started from a single
small room in their house. Just as a normal person doesn't want to just do a job. Wanted to be
owner of the business for which dreamt of.

Tim Slatter have spent most of the time in working for The Cake store starting from a small
business and converting it to the large and very well-known shop (Godefroidt, 2019). Graduating
from London University with the degree of Hotel Management in Baking.
The Cake Store is 450 Square foot space shop located at 111, Sydenham Rd, London SE26
United Kingdom. Which generally opens from 9a.m to 5p.m. They have features of Takeaway
and Delivery. They are expert in making Handcrafted novelty and traditional style cakes for all
the occasions.
Making certain type of bakery items which are fresh and at the affordable price is not everyone's
piece of cake. They make all the kind of cakes Celebration cakes, gift cakes, photo cakes, cup
cakes, Cakes in a tin and corporate cakes.

It is old business but before some years, they started providing large number of variety. From
takeaway and Delivery it provides every kind of bakery product and at every size. With another
items like Coffees, snakes etc.
The Cake Store always Provide a superior service to every customer with just smile on their
face. It was just started with selling the cakes but by the time they increased their business by
adding more and more items into it. Nowadays they are proving various king of products. The
cake store have over 50 types of design, 10 types of styles and around 20 types of flavours in
cake only (Hashem, 2018). Also, have other items like fresh as well as different types of breads,
doughnuts and more.

Over the years The Cake Store has moved their business to the another level which help them to
expand their business not by branches but by expanding their variety and product line. Now
recently they started to provide some luxury items to the customers like 5 floors cake, 24k gold
doughnuts and many more (Mezzetti, F). Also, providing some items which are not available in
whole UK and special items from different countries.
In 2019, they tried to invent flavoured bread which taste yummy even eating alone with adding
anything and now it is one of the Hot selling item of their shop. Without any experience starting
from small today owning one of the most popular shop in United Kingdom is an inspired
success.
