Launch of eatery
Type: The most edible food these days is Fast food and Barbeque, therefore the firm will focus
on launching healthy fast food eatery.
Location: Eatery will focus on grabbing Prime locations like, near school or colleges otherwise
Malls.
Market Segment: When segment, the first motive will be to divide customers according to
lifestyles, demographics, needs, personality and eating habits. When segmenting market
researcher ensures that there is no discrimination on basis of caste, colour, creed, religion etc.
because this practice can harm the persona beliefs and values of customers (Bailey, Pritchard and
Kernohan, 2015).
Primary research method: Primary research is the best to make assumption after segmenting
market. It assists in making easy analysis of collected information (Sekaran and Bougie, 2016).
In this scholar will use survey technique in which it will focus on preparing questionnaire for
potential 100 customers of each segment. The questionnaires will consist of favourite fast food
and eating habits of person. The questionnaire will be asked on door to door interview because it
is most effective form of evaluating and understanding the customer requirement. Before
conducting research the person will seek for permission from higher authority of area in order to
make research process ethical and effective.

This type of questions will be formulated in questionnaire because ethical consideration plays a
vital role in research process. Thus, it is important for the scholar to formulate question in way
which do not harm emotion and feeling of any individual.
Secondary research methods: Secondary methods are, data from governmental department,
census, current rolling news in newspapers, restaurant records etc. In this market research
process the scholar will make use of newspaper and nearby restaurant records because these are
best sources which will assist in collecting valuable information.

Hence, data protection act is related to market research because it is act which ensures the
questions and information collected through investigation process is not hampering privacy of

individuals behaviour and attitude towards it working, learning and behaving practices.
Ethical Dilemma
Ethical dilemma is the situation in which the person is unable to determine the wrong and
right of the situation because the individuals conflicts between the professional and personal
learning and values (Wright and et.al., 2014). In business scenario Dilemma of the situation is
whether to advertise about the check-up of aged people for Bowel Cancer 365 days in order to

advertising done by manager was effective and at the time of two months advertising the
response of people is remarkable. Therefore, in accordance to the motive of Charity house that is
to make people about the regular check-up of bowel cancer it is important for the manger to
advertise 365. In addition, the moral values of manager also believes that society should be

aware about the increasing effects of cancer. Therefore, in accordance to scenario its is analysed
that the advertising is done for only two months because of and availability. However, manager
can first seek for funds to from potential investors who believes in healthier society concepts.
Further when adverting for 2 months, the firm can add line to seek fund which will assist in
making people more aware about the campaigns and shortage of funds. Door to Door seeking for
sponsoring advertisement is also the step which can assist in over coming the challenge dilemma.
Hence, the seeking for funds because saving lives is beyond any advertisement and money.
WEEK 9: EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY
Diversity: It states that types of people from different culture and different backgrounds with
different beliefs and different values.
Equality: It sates that everyone is equal regardless of their opportunity, background, abilities and
living styles.
Therefore, when starting new small business the entrepreneur will ensure that there will
no discrimination among employees and customers on the basis of diversity instead the firm will
ensure mandatory compliance with all the equity act in order to protect the right of all
stakeholders (Thompson, 2016). Thus, to protect the rights of society, the government has
enacted regulations like Equality Act 2010 which comprise various act such as Discrimination
Act 1995, Race Relations Act 1976 etc.
The importance of diversity in today's changing Britain are as follows:

are from outskirts which assist the firm in making innovating and expanding their

equipments which she buyed from her lifetime saving, stock which she buys from internet
wholesaler when she realized that her bank account is running low, so the stock is drinks, protein
powders, medical supplies and branded gym clothes and premiss which are not being used
properly. Further the major asset of Lisa is her regular paying customers. Apart from this,
liabilities are, the space for boxing gym for which is liable to pay regular rent, credit customers
and the suppliers. Further, her expenses are, The stock available room and the customers who
leave without clearing the bills. However, Gains for Lisa is her paying customers.
2. Problems and solution for managing cash flow
The major issue with Lisa in her Cash flow is her credit and no paying customers because
already Lisa is low with the bank balance and these issues leads to several cash variances.
Further, when she runs out of stock she buys from local market at high prices which influence
her entire saving which she made by buying from internet wholesaler. Premises which are not
being proper used but for that Lisa pay advanced rental every month interrupts the cash flow.

Hence, according to condition it has been analysed that Lisa have enough stock and space to
manage all its Gym equipments and stock but in accordance to her situation the equipments are
not being managed properly. Therefore, in order to resolve the issue of cash flow Lisa will have
to manage its stock in order to make areas spacious like the theft stock is so unmanaged that any
incident happens than she did not even know about the amount of stock she has in Gym (Dianati
Deilami, Alambeigi and Barzegar, 2016). Managing customers and their bills after sale will play
a very important role in managing cash flow statement in the future. Moreover, it is important for
Lisa to ensure that there is adequate stock available order to avoid buying from local market at
expensive rates. Lastly, Lisa can focus on rent payment because if its runs of date is due than it
will hamper all its cash flow process and management in the future (Kroes and Manikas, 2014).
