The traffic in London is of a severe problem and with the help of the proposed changes
by the Kurt Lewin theory there is a scope for resolving this issue. Earlier the level of the traffic
was a big issue but slowly it started improving on the different affecting elements (Gulliver et al.
2015). The inclusion of the three processes that needs to be accounted will help in the application
of the changes required that will be through proper training and knowledge. Ultimately through
this method it is to make the people adopt to the changes that is going to be put forward.
Transport for London (TFL) is all set to make the project beneficial and allow it by incoming the
mayor and to make them buy it from their members. The solution will also be fruitful so that
tremendous amount of motivation will eventually be gained from it and that will make them
place at a high post. The change will only become fruitful when the organizational readiness has
been referred and they collectively believe towards improving it. The change that has been
initiated is through good research and with proper knowledge that will host the session and make
them out of the detrimental effects in London and also to motivate the changes in the society and
the system (Grauwin et al. 2015). The freezing will only occur when the operation will begin and
also during the charge of the project. The process includes auditing the different employees in
the process of the refreezing that will be of the same function and achievement of the result
(Dong et al. 2017).

The use of the CKE is considered extensive and through the careful research it will show
the company with the different ways of the success that took them out of the bankruptcy mode.
The factors that has been included will make them understand the different sales that may be
good or bad and the strategy will make them promote the different ways that will make them
attract the customers. The only thing is that the company has spent a lot of amount in the
advertising so it expects that some of the people might avail that opportunity in making the
customers attractive. The strategies that has been taken is to promote the product through
different ways like the discounts that will help to attract the customers (Lester 2017). The reason
for the drop of the sale was primarily due to the unawareness of the product and this became
resolved with the implementation of the strategy. It is evident that the business in the restaurant
is very competitive and the requirement of the IS system will eventually make it flexible like the
BIS. There is a need to show the trends that will make them identify their opportunity in a better
way. The importance of the Business Intelligence is to primarily add value to the decision
making process of the executives that must be paid as an indicator to the critical performance. In
the business intelligence system, the information that is collected and has been analyzed will
ultimately help one in identification of the information that needs confidence to make the
decisions (Wang 2017).

The dimensions of the ECM organization is to make it a super user in terms of training
and programming. The major dimension that is required is one for the project success in the
management people and their team members. The project team is responsible to train the
different IT member that needs to be worked on in the program. Resolving few of the issues like
the identification of the possible setbacks along with some understanding and knowledge of the
fix glitches. Through the use of the cycle plan of the project in the schedule that has been used by
the team needs to be well executed with the help of the organizing quality and the activities of
the stakeholders and their customers. The next is the use of the project vocabulary that is based
on all the parties that requires involvement in understanding the communication and the project
in a very effective way. There is also a need to limit the use of the cryptic words and their
acronyms that allows the party ultimately to understand the reason why it is being said. In a
much different way the dimensions can easily be changed that will help it to become the super
users and training them along with the other IT members to work on the specific programs. In
order to make it different, there is a need to ensure that that all the systems will make it necessary
to make their current process included them in the new system. These things will only become
prominent and will be worked on differently when the dimensions of the Southern Company are
to make them utilize the project teams. The involvement of the IT Department in implanting and
also building the projects will be required in its fulfillments. In order to make the project a
successful event, there is a need to implement the different new Enterprise Management Systems
(Hui et al.2017). Some of the project members were not even properly educated on the IT
process flow and the process of its approval.
