Creativity

Business creativity is an act that helps individuals to learn new and imaginative ideas and
convert it into reality. Thus, creativity assists in developing the ability to perceive new ways and
make connection between related and unrelated phenomenon so that the best solutions can be
generated (Landry, 2012). Here, business creativity assists me in my personal development and
identified the evidence of creativity and problem solving skills. I gained such skills from
attending lectures, workshops and other group activities. All these activities help me to enhance
my skills and knowledge which I can apply in the business to obtain growth and success in future
course of time. Moreover, innovative and creative skills also helps me to improve my abilities
like problem solving, leadership, management, organizing and influencing others towards
business. Through developing such abilities, my proficiencies would increase by which I would
be able to manage the business operations successfully and introduce unique ideas within
organisation to achieve desired success.
Further, I need to regularly update my creative skills in order to turn new and imaginative
ideas into reality and thus, generate solutions for business problems. Creative ideas helps me to
solve the critical problems faced by me at the time of introducing new concept within business
and hence it results in achieving success. There are certain innovative theories which has been
applied by me within business such as Psychonalytical Theory of Creativity so that it helps me to
become creative as a reaction to difficult circumstances and thus, obtains the best solutions
(Stacey, 2016). Another theory undertaken by me in relation to implement creativity is The
Mental Illness Theory of Creativity which assists me to become more creative with the
availability of certain mental illness. All such theories assists me to improve my capability and
skills by implementing it within business to gain improvisation within business performance.
Human thinking is the process that helps in identifying and fundamentally differentiating
human beings from other animals. Thus, in order to implement certain creative aspects within
organization, I need to enhance my knowledge and thinking ability so that best output can be
generated. Also, developing lateral thinking assists me to identify the problems and solving them
particularly through adopting indirect and creative approach typically through identifying the
problem in a new and unusual way (Mishra, Fahnoe and Henriksen, 2013). Further, it also assists
me to develop lateral thinking capacity by attending different lectures and training sessions so
that problems can be identified and solved in an effective way. However, it involves innovative
ideas and suggestions so that immediate action can be taken to attain the set targets. It is also

essential for me to improve my creativity by involving three different paths such as adjusting the
mindset so that I can concentrate upon new and innovative concepts which are needed to be
implemented in business venture. Another path reflects that individual should not get afraid from
being criticized by others and carry out his/her work in order to appreciate their strengths to
perform desired operations effectively. Hence, it is essential for me to identify my capabilities in
order to improvise the skills so that I can work efficiently within business for developing
creativity so that success can be attained. Learners should not get afraid from failure. Hence, they
should identify different situations where they know they might get failed. But they should not
avoid failure situation instead of that take part in creativity process so that after several tries they
could obtain success.
Also, it is essential for me to develop strategies in relation to Six Thinking Hats Model in
which it assigns different colours for every hat so that I can obtain success within firm.
Managing blue identifies that what is the subject and what individual is thinking about.
Information white colour reflects that considering purely what information is available as well as
the facts so that it needs to be introduced in relation to achieve positive outcomes. Emotions red
evaluates that it is essential for individuals to get instinctive or statement of emotional feeling so
that they can control their emotions as well as anger at the workplace. Another hat is discernment
black which evaluates that logic applied for identifying reasons to be cautions and conservative.
Hence, here, individual working within firm needs to assess practical and realistic situations so
that the best outcomes can be generated. Optimistic response yellow helps in applying the
identifying benefits and watches the brighter side. At the end, the most crucial aspect i.e.
creativity green which evaluates me to think out of the box and suggest creative ideas in order to
provide the best solutions to problems (Wu and et. al., 2013).
Further, I also need to develop creativity within workplace by providing unique business
idea and concepts so that innovation can be attained within business. I also require to undertake
different techniques for generating innovative business model ideas and implement the same in
order to bring growth and success within workplace. Thus, such situation assists me to improve
my leadership and communication skills in regard to enhance my knowledge and capability so
that success can be attained. Also, through improving such skills I enhance my capabilities in
order to improve the work culture as well as business performance.

Also, I need to identify the requirements of customers and thus provide them proper
products or services so that value proposition can be obtained in order to enhance the sales and
performance of business. It is also essential for me to identify the requirements within business
and attend different lectures, seminars and conferences so that skills and capabilities can be
improved by me to achieve success. Through developing such abilities it assists me to overcome
problems by providing the best solutions so that growth and success can be attained in an
effective way. Hence, it assists in creating new and innovative opportunity for business so that
they can generate innovation process as well as satisfy the requirements of business.
Creativity and innovation skills assists me to build my learning capability so that I can
regularly update my knowledge and skills by implementing the same within firm. It is essential
for me to learn different skills by undergoing lectures, workshops/tutorials, training session,
online forums, group/individual learning etc. so that best results can be attained. Also, learning
creativity assists me to improve my skills and capabilities so that success can be attained.
Developing creativity within workplace helps me to improve revenue generation within firm as
well as enhance the performance of business in desired manner. It also helps me to enhance my
capabilities and strengths in relation to achieve success.
It also encourages me to assess my competencies as well while adopt different key areas
that helps in developing different skills such as problem solving, leadership skills, management
skills, influencing skills ad organisation skills etc. All such skills are required to be obtained by
me so that I can improve my working ability and thus success can be attained. Through
developing business creativity it assists me to identify key areas that helps in developing
different activities and attain personal development at the time of working within firm. Further, I
also lack in certain areas which I need to improve such as conflict solving, leadership etc.
Therefore, such skills needs to be enhanced by me through adopting different techniques in
relation to attain group learning ability so that best results can be obtained. While, I also found
difficulty in leading my team, for such skill it is essential for me to identify the needs of each and
every team member so that success can be attained effectively and efficiently.
On contrary to this, I develop my learning ability at the time of finishing the session so
that I can obtain different results. Involving workshops, lectures, online forums as well as group
or individual learning in order to build the ability so that success can be attained. It is essential
for me to identify the good/ bad situation and thus implement the same so that success can be

achieved. Through assessing the present module based upon creativity and innovation skills in
relation to improve the talent of individual and thus accomplish the session so that success can be
attained, it also assists me to play significant role so that creativity and innovation skills helps in
achieving success. Also, it is essential for me to undertake different creativity and innovation
business model which helps in enhancing business sales and profitability.
Different activities such as training sessions, lectures, online forums, workshops and
group as well as individual learning assists individual to enhance their capabilities so that success
can be attained (Petuskiene and Glinskiene, 2015). It also assists me to enhance my skills and
capabilities in relation to contribute effectively towards organizational success. Through
attending all such activities, I need to develop different learning abilities so that target market
can be attained. Another essential skill is conflict management that needs to be developed by me
so that I can attain desired success. It helps me to overcome issues of individuals working in a
team and thus solve their problems so that desired success can be attained. With the help of
developing different skills and capabilities it helps me to develop my creativity and innovation
skill so that success can be attained in an effective way.
Being an innovator, I need to think out of the box so that it helps me to typically engage
in discovering problems so that different solutions can be made in order to attain desired success.
Also, it is essential for me to look for different perspectives and also understand the implication
of different application or theories so that success can be attained in an efficient manner.
Moreover, I need to validate my own critical and creative thinking skills and also not being
unbiased at the time when evaluating ourselves so that positive actions can be attained in order to
overcome weaknesses and develop strengths so that success can be attained. Further, it is
essential for me to develop personal creativity reflection so that best results can be attained in the
form of targets. I need to identify the issues faced by individuals within the workplace and thus
provide them the best culture so that success can be attained in an effective manner. Hence, it is
essential for them to identify the conflicts and thus try to overcome so that strengths can be
developed of firm in order to achieve goals (Kelley, 2012).
Also, I need to identify my weaknesses such as problem solving skills, organisation skill,
leadership skills etc. which needs to developed so that positive results can be attained among the
workforce. It assists them to build desired solutions in terms of raising the profits and
productivity of firm. Moreover, I also required to identify my strengths such as time management

skills, influencing skills, management skills etc. so that individual can be encouraged towards
organizational goals. In regard to develop creativity and innovative thinking within business it
helps me to assess desired solutions so that success can be attained effectively (Petuskiene and
Glinskiene, 2015).
Moreover, in the current era of globalisation, it is essential for me to develop creativity
and innovating thinking so that flexible working style can be adopted in order to achieve desired
results. It is the ability of individual to face future unpredictable challenges and thus help in
learning the ability to build creative and better abilities so that success can be attained in an
effective way (Mishra, Fahnoe and Henriksen, 2013). Hence, it is crucial for me to obtain
different innovative and creative skills so that I can implement the same within business as it will
help me in improving my capabilities and knowledge. Apart from this, implementing innovative
and creative ideas within workplace assists me to develop solutions for existing as well as future
problems. Also, it helps me to evaluate the current status of business and find better alternatives
if required to bring change within organisation. With the help of innovative and creative skill I
can enhance my ability to improve the operations of firm in market.
