Customer relationship management systems are a type of technology to manage the interactions
and relationships of company with the consumers and potential customers. It is beneficial in
improving the relationship between businesses. It helps the firms to stay in touch with the
streamline processes, customers and improving the profitability. It is also concerned with the
maintenance and development of commonly valuable relationships with the strategically
important partners. It concentrates on creating the values for long-term not only for short-term
benefits for the association and the workers also. It is also helpful in keeping a connection with
contour processes, customers and betterment of benefits (Pettit, Croxton & Fiksel, 2019).

purchasing a PC?
There are many factors that should be considered at the time of purchasing any PC such as-
Brand, price, bulkiness, operating system, usability, hard drive speed and capacity, and
processor, etc. there are some features that should also considered like storage, RAM, screen

size, operating system, and resolution, etc. for purchasing a PC firstly there should specify the
software and hardware specification. The major four components are- primary memory, CPU,
output units and input units. These four components are connected and pass the data among
them. Despite them, there are also some other components like motherboard, power supply,
graphics cards, and memory, etc.
Q.3. what is a supply chain? What is the purpose of supply chain
management systems?
Supply chain works as a network of all the organizations, individuals, activities, resources and
technology that consist of a product’s sale and creation. It involves source material’s delivery
from the supplier to producer. It has the purpose of making inventory that is available in the
consumer-facing positions for accomplishing the demand. It also has goal for reducing the
expenses of supply chain especially in economic time when the associations need to preserve
capital. It is used for improving the customer’s service level at the time of decreasing the costs of
overall supply chain (Kshetri, 2018).
