Interviewee — Myself Jennifer and I had completed my masters in business management field
and now I am ready to apply and utilize my knowledge and skill into practice. I had an
experience of 3 years at the senior executive position. In my previous job I had faced many
challenges and given an excellent result to the company. Now, I wanted to be a part of your
reputed organization as I believe that my management skill will support the organization to
develop and obtain the more success and it will also make an effective career path for myself. I
have obtained all the necessary skills which will be useful in the organization but sometimes I
involve so much into the work that I did not able to recognized what the time is. I wanted to see
myself at a manager position in my future 5 years and for that I targeted the goals and created
planning so that I can achieve that position in the nearby existence. Working in your company
makes me blissful to have this opportunity to grab it.
Interviewer — What do you know about the company ?
Interviewee — Tesco company is a British multinational company of groceries and stands at third largest
supermarket in the world and ninth rank in the context of revenues. You company has five stores across Europe
and obtains the market share around 28.5%. Tesco has extended globally since the 1990s and operated in 11 other
countries in the entire world. I had gone through your website and learned that a company is very effective and
includes the employee to the decision-making process which is the best style and method to encourage the
employee The management team of the Tesco company is really understandable and also focus on the employee
advantages. I read about the work process of your organization which makes me impressed and able to understand
the reason behind the success. Your company always focus on the consumer needs and desires which is the major
issue nowadays but instead of keeping the goods prices at a high range your company is providing an affordable
price to an individual.
Interviewer — What made you excited to get up and come to work at your job?
Interviewee — I really wanted to share a little story that at my past jobs I do not understand and liked the work
culture of the organization which leads me not perform and exhibit my skills at the best level. I feel excited to get
up and come to work as I like to communicate with people and make a beautiful bond. Along with this, I also get
an opportunity where I can enhance my abilities and knowledge and can aid my colleagues. Whenever, I help

Interviewee — Every email or information is important for me and its actually a bit difficult to
prefer which ones but in this situation firstly I will filter the emails and divide them into a
categories so that my social media updates, personal mails, Google alerts and organization
website emails can be separated into different sections. After that, I will check the specific
timings of the emails which will let me know what email is really important to reply first.
Reading the subjects of the mails helps me to identify the most essential email to open it basic.
When, so I go through each prioritize mail then I will go to the left over ones so that I can read
each email and respond it in the quick manner. From this, I can be able to prefer the mails which
I should open and respond them first. I do not left the emails unread as each email will inform a
