Week 2. Self-awareness Self-awareness supports to know about the work and develop honesty in my personality. I have done
many things and innovate in existing products.
Week 3. Strategic skills for SME. My strategic skills help to improve SME business and develop their reputation or position in marketplace
better than others. It will help business growth and success as well.
Week 4 Research and development It helped to research about various SME and their culture. This was useful for me in career
development.
Week 5 Business environment I learned about types of business environment and how it impacts on business profits.
Week 6 Knowledge management I learn more about types of management and how to manage company business functions and
