1.Please write down two modules that you liked the most and what you have learned from them.
a. Brand management – through this module I learn that for every company it is essential to
conduct brand extension and for that they need to do market analysis to determine opportunities
and threats. Moreover by module I also understand that it is also essential to evaluate other
factors like customer’s behaviour, brand value, brand awareness, economic condition and so on.
b. Business law – by conducting this module I learn that for conducting business in effective
manner it is essential to understand business law of specific nation in which business in
conducting or going to. It is so because this will help in grabbing opportunities as well as help in
conducting business smoothly.
2.If you did not manage to finish your course within 2 years, then how have you completed your
assignments?
I f I will not able to manage to finish my course within 2 years then in order to complete my
assignments on time I will adopt several strategies such as I will be more focused on conducting
assignment. In addition to this, I will also do deep research so that I can get proper and
appropriate information for conducting my assignment as well as I also ask for help from my
classmates, teacher and seniors.
3.What module you have found most challenging and why?
The module which I found most challenging is management and operation because according to
me there are several confusing aspects like difference between role of manager and function of
leader in a specific situation. I also experienced challenging situation while understanding about
the different leadership and managerial function which can be used by a company leader and
manager in specific situation. Along with this another challenge is related to understanding of
different leadership theories.
4.What was your last module and mention specifically what you have learned from it?
My last module is research project which is based in the topic i.e. to analyse how globalization
impact on the brand of the company. A study on ZARA. Through this module I learn that in

current time globalization is essential for every company as that help them in growing business
at the worldwide level. By module I also learn that in adopting globalization social media is one
of the main techniques as that help firm in enhancing their brand awareness in huge population in
less time.
5.what are the key components of a financial statement?
There are several key components of the financial statement which help company in
understanding their financial position according to which they conducting planning and business
operations. These are balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, pre launch cash
budget, post launch cash budget and so on. It is so because through it company can conduct
planning for operations related to launching a product in market.
6.please write down the influence of micro and macro environment.
There are numbers of micro and macro environment factors which impact on a company and its
decision making process. Micro environment include suppliers, customers, employees,
competitors and so on which impact on company from inside due to which company need to opt
different strategies such as change in price, products etc. On the other hand, macro environment
are technology, laws, government, globalization, economy and so on which impact on a
company from outside as well as according to it management need to develop plan or do
modification regularly.
