In today's world small business enterprise are getting very much importance and
popularity. Small business enterprises are those enterprises which are set up business with a
small amount of investment. These enterprises or business institution cannot generate more
revenues due to high sales value. It is an enterprise in which there are few number of employees.
In this present report developing the business of Austin Fraser company which is engaged in the
recruitment and selection of appropriate candidates. This present report is basically conferenced
with development and expansion of the cited company. Moreover, its strengths, weakness and
comparative analysis has been discussed in the context of company. Further more, ways in which
the company can improve their operational performance are also stated. In addition to this the
company has also prepared an action plan in which the managers of the company has adopted
various steps through which they can bring efficiency in their operations. The managers of
Austin Fraser also aim to improve its services by monitoring improvements and performances of
their employees over a specified time period. In this report, various areas in which expansion can

For Austin Fraser it is important to survive in market where they can provide quality of
services to potential customers. This company has to made change when they seen that they are
not able to targets their profits. It is the responsibility of managers to provide proper training and
development programme to employees so that they can can perform and select the best
candidates for the organisation (Abor and Adjasi, 2007). In order to attract large number of
customers the team members have to work in coordinate so that the employees can be retain for a
long period of time.
According to me, it has been evaluated that there are certain points that are necessary to
consider while forming action plan. Also, business should assess its strength and weakness so aa
to know about the current position of the company in order to attain goal and objectives.
Furthermore, managers should form an action plan in order to increase and enhance its creativity
and profitability.

In Austin Fraser the manager has to manage their time so that they can complete their
task in time period. It is there responsibility to monitor and evaluate those activities which are
performing by employees. These monitoring of activities should be done on regular basis so that
