• This report consist of various different kinds of
organisation along with their structure, scope and
size.
• The analysis of link between organisation size and
scope with the organisation objectives will be
provided along with its advantages and
disadvantages.

Explain the three different types and purposes of organisations
to include the public, private, voluntary sector and legal
structures. Note one of the different types should include the
large hotel you have selected.
• Public sector organisation - The government controls
public sector organisation. Its purpose is to provide
facility to the people
• Private sector Organisation- An individuals or group
of Individuals owns and controls the private sector
organisation
• Voluntary Sector Organisation- The voluntary sector
organisation are governed by the trustees. This
organisation focuses on providing services such as
education rather than earning profit

Explain the size and scope of a range of different types of
organisations.
• Public sector organisation - British council operates
in 110 countries for promoting knowledge,
encouraging culture and more.
• Private sector Organisation- Premium inn is the
largest brand of hotel in UK. It has over 75,000 rooms
and 800 hotels.
• Voluntary Sector Organisation- The Youth Hostel
Association has about 1500 staff working for them.
The number of volunteer the organisation has is
3000.
