Introduction
I have completed my diploma in arts from Romanian school of Art which is in Lasi, Romania in year
1993. The learning experience from this institution was great as I was having a knee interest within music
from my childhood. In this institution I got some of the professional and high skilled tutors who teach me
the real way of presenting music and due to which I become able to perform so well in my field. With all
these learnings I joined as a lead vocalist within several of the local brands from where I got a chance to
be a part of a successful Romanian brand VIP and later on with hard work I released my own album
which get thousands of view each day on MTV. Then I started my own brand Publika in Romania which
is successful and now I also extended it to London and managing it. From this experience and my music
journey I want to become an international musician and getting mote successful among people throughout
the world in music industry.
While I was learning music in Romanian school of art my attendance was 100% as I was having huge
interest in this and want to learn more. Several activities were also assigned to us like role play exercise,
observing activity, watching videos, getting feedback from classmates etc to enhance our skills. Hence
from this I can say that my past learning experience has made me realised that in order to learn something
the concentration and hard working is essential. I belongs to Romania and also get education from there
due to which I am not a native English speaker where I found certain difficulty in understanding it.
Learning Styles Analysis
Analyse and synthesize learning theories
As a part of class room lecture we are taught with learning theory which was given by David Kolb in year
1984. In this theory Kolb put emphases toward learning through experience by reflecting on self and
determining new things to learn and implement in practically. In this theory he also provided with a
learning cycle which consist of four stages such as concrete experience which shows that an individual is
assigned with a task. Reflective observation which state that the after having experience the person must
try to reflect on things that happens while attempting task. The third is abstract conceptualisation which
says that one must try to set up a relationship between the event, understanding gain and objects. Active
experimentation is last stage which says that after learning a new thing from task the next is to implement
that within work practices

Analyse and synthesize type of attenders
As per the information presented by Dolnicar (2004) within Understanding student attendance, it can be
said that there are usually three type of attender. It includes “harder working” who are attend type of
students and less likely chances of them to skip the class. Another type is “poor attender”, these are very
low in attending classes and the third one is good attender who remain more than average over their
attendance
Self-Analysis
Own preferred learning style according Honey & Mumford’s Learning Styles questionnaire
Ans Peter Honey and Alan Mumford has developed a learning style theory where they represent four
different learning style which incudes activist, reflector, theorist and pragmatist. Among them whole
throughout my experience and my preference I believe that the reflector style is best for me. This is so
because this learning style will support me in learning new things from my past mistake or new things
that I experience while performing a particular task after which I can implement this learning in my
practical life. This learning style will ensure me a regular personal and professional development by
regularly observing the things and situation to learn new things and reducing the error that I made and
affect my performance.
Type of attender as per Dolnicar
According to the information presented by Dolnicar I have identified that oi am a good attender within
class as I usually visit the lectures and also pay attention to the information which is provided to me to
enhance my knowledge and learning. This remains helpful to me in maintain my knowledge as well as
improving my learning and skill by performing well then the average attender.
Conclusion
As per the above analyses it has been identified that the reflector learning style would be very much
helpful to me. But while evaluating it as per my pattern of learning and working I identified that I actually
found it sometimes difficult in implementing my overall experience in practical way. So for improving
this weakness of mine I decided that after experiencing a new thing I will write down all the mistakes that
I made and things which I learn from a particular situation then I try to find out way in which I can
overcome those issues next time and also make a discussion with my seniors so that I get a proper
guidance for this. After that all I will implement it practically in my working which support me in
enhancing my skills and learning through my experience.
