Part 2: Developing communication Plan
This meeting is held in order to meet the purpose to revamp the existing plans by the
proposed plans that would be extracted from your valuable ideas. The purpose of the meeting is
to identify and discuss about the problems that we have been facing in our business. However, it
can be stated that the common problem is the dwindling quality of service and customer
complaint regarding this. Hence we would like to specifically focus on the problems identified
in it.
Let me explain the problem at first. The customers feel that the quality of the service they
are provided with is not up to the mark. Some of the staffs are not regular and they are not taking
care of the hygiene of the clients. In this case, the clients have been escalating about the service,
however they are not getting the better service even after that.
Considering the levels of performance, we need to ensure that these levels are identified
through the parameters set by the organization. We have already set the grade point for each and
every employee i.e. 10. It has already been identified and evaluated that the level of business
performance is quite average since most of the employees have scored 6-7 at their balanced
scorecard. What we need to do is that we need to provide the employees and the cleaning staffs
with effective training so that their professional and personal development is ensured.
For this we need to develop interpersonal communication skill. We need to be succinct
and to the point regarding the organizational goals. Before that we need to know whether we are
reaching to the highest number of individual employees. By doing this we would be
acknowledged with the issues- both professional and personal that the employees are facing

while delivering their work. At the end of the day, we need to ensure profit maximization for the
organization.
