INTRODUCTION
Ethics, Sustainability and Social Impact refers to the assessment of the different types of
parameters which are quite essential in order to ensure that the overall assessment of the different
types of approaches which are to be undertaken can be done effectively and efficiently in the
right manner (Bergman, Bergman and Berger, 2017). Therefore, it becomes quite important that
the people are able to take appropriate approaches in a right manner which will be helpful in the
development of the economy as a whole. Therefore, for the governments of the countries it
becomes quite important that the overall assessment can be made for this purpose which will
help in deriving conclusions and recommendations. In this report, detailed focus will be made on
defining and discussing the circular economy, choosing a city in the commonwealth country and
responding to the tasks, proposing the measures which can be taken in an appropriate manner.
Additionally, specific analysis will be made on the report for commonwealth local government
ministers meeting on key and recommendations for action.

A Circular Economy refers to the use of approaches in which the overall level of

following-

provided to the customers because they can be very helpful in leading towards ensuring that the

Re-Use/Repair- This means taking of the various types of actions so that the goods can
be re-used as well as repaired. Re-use and Repair of the goods can be done in a right manner.

be derived in a proper manner.
Recycling- This refers to the wide range of measures which can be undertaken in order to
ensure the recycling of the goods effectively and efficiently. This can help in using the goods in a

Re-Design- This refers to the approaches used in order to properly re-design the
products. This leads towards deriving conclusions and recommendations. Therefore, In this way

appropriate approaches as well as methods is made effectively and efficiently. Therefore, the use

that majority of developing countries that adequate to dealing better plastic waste produced. The
main ways of dealing with plastic waste of country are disposal in landfills and domestic
burning. The generation of household waste in Kuala Lumpur is higher other than developing
countries such as Indonesia and Philippines with 0.22 kg and 0.4 kg generates per person
respectively.
It is important to manage circular economy by government initiatives as it concept to
aims for improving as better resources for efficiency to minimise for resources consumption and
waste generation. Currently implementation about circular economy in Kuala Lumpur where
