INTRODUCTION
 Business environment is mainly composed of two words
'Business' and other is 'Environment'.
 Business means human activities such as manufacturing,
buying or extraction or sales of goods and services which
are performed in order to earn money.
 At the other hand, environment refers to the aspect of
surroundings.

The small business has less than 10 employees in a firm
whereas a medium organisation consists of 250 members.
But a large organization has more than 250 employees.
Scope of business operations
A business has vast scope for its growth in its relevant field
such as voluntary organisation can maximise its resources
for the well fare of human beings. Private firms can expand
its business in order to increase the profit through exploring

It is technique which used to identify and analyse the
interested keyholders of the project. This is crucial
because it develops a strategical point of view of every
party and establish a mutual understanding among them in
order to achieve the goals of the organization.

 NICE is a public company which provide health care
services to people and clinical treatments and take care of
patients.

headquarter in UK. Company has branches worldwide
which helps management to have large market reach and
customer base. This helps company to make revenue of
£10.6 billion.
Scope: M&S objective is to provide quality products and
services to people.
Stakeholder's analysis: Marks and Spencer has arround
85, 000 workers which helps firm provide products and
services to people.

OXFAM
Oxfam firm is basically a charitable trust which provides
different services to needy people and help them in
overcoming their problems.


Size: Oxfam is international non-governmental
organisation which has branches worldwide.
Scope: Oxfam scope is to reduce poverty, relief country
from disaster and immigration
Stakeholder's analysis: Oxfam investors, employees,
suppliers, customers, executive and other people which are
related to organisation.

CONCLUSION

environment consist of internal and external factors which
