The aim of the paper is to discuss the perfect job as well as the career of the people. The paper
also discusses the goal-setting process by applying the theory and principal regarding the goal
setting for career development. To effectively understand the career development process, the
professional activity in the tourism sector has been selected.
Description of perfect job and career
In the recent world, it is highly essential for the people to be graduated and also have the
internship knowledge for having a suitable and perfect job as well as career growth (Yarbrough,
Martin, Alfred, and McNeill, 2017). I have recently graduated with a travel and tourism business
course to develop my career in the field of tourism and travel industry. With the help of this
graduation degree, one can easily develop their career by getting involved in the different
tourism sector and in the boarded area, they can easily open their tourism business. My target in
the recent year is to gain a suitable internship program and get enrolled for future development.
The tourism and travel sector allows the students to open up their knowledge and have a clear
view of the world and the tourist economy of the country (Granovetter, 2018). This course has
eventually helped me to understand the perspective of diverse people regarding a place and also
about their different choices. The internship program will eventually help me to have the
practical knowledge of the tourism sector within the country. The graduation degree in the
