Technology industry is being changing and bringing revolutionary evolution on a regular
basis from past two decades. Adapting to new technologies a modern day need and compulsion
for businesses. But due to regular changes and evolution taking place in the industry it is also
becoming an issue for businesses and different organization belonging to different industries
operating in different market places (Smith, 2021). In today's world of Technology, is becoming
an issue for businesses to continuously change and adapt according to the technological up

Technology industry has brought numerous opportunities, assets and benefits in the world. On
the other hand, increasing variations in the industry are bringing several consequences to
businesses changing the notion of technological up gradation into a barrier for businesses to
flourish and grow.

delay adoption of technology. Most businesses lack the financial resources to hang in there and

 Technology offers both advantages and disadvantages. Communication has become
quicker and more affordable because to the growth of cellphones and messaging services,

attention away from the task at hand, resulting in a lack of concentration and
