Raise Productivity
The primary purpose of the process of workforce management or workforce
modelling which is being used by the different firms is to enhance their productivity through
the effective management of the workforce or work of the firm. This is important because of
the fact that the aspect of enhancement of productivity is directly related to the effective
management of the workflow of a firm which in turn is related to the increase in the
profitability or the revenue earned by the firms. On the score of these aspects, the entity of
enhancement of productivity had been selected as one of the key components of the process
of workflow modelling.
Lower Costs
It is seen that the effective utilisation of the concept of workflow modelling reduces
the wastage of organisational resources and also helps in the effective distribution of the work
of the firm. This is important on the score of the fact that it helps the business firms to
significantly reduce their operations costs while improving the efficiency of the concerned
firms. More importantly, this positions the firms in a much better position to earn a higher
