Raise Productivity
The primary purpose of the process of workforce management or workforce
modelling which is being used by the different firms is to enhance their productivity through
the effective management of the workforce or work of the firm. This is important because of
the fact that the aspect of enhancement of productivity is directly related to the effective
management of the workflow of a firm which in turn is related to the increase in the
profitability or the revenue earned by the firms. On the score of these aspects, the entity of
enhancement of productivity had been selected as one of the key components of the process
of workflow modelling.
Lower Costs
It is seen that the effective utilisation of the concept of workflow modelling reduces
the wastage of organisational resources and also helps in the effective distribution of the work
of the firm. This is important on the score of the fact that it helps the business firms to
significantly reduce their operations costs while improving the efficiency of the concerned
firms. More importantly, this positions the firms in a much better position to earn a higher
amount of profitability through the reduction or the lowering of the costs incurred by the

Return on investment or more commonly called by the name of ROI is directly related

allocated to them. In simple words, ROI can be defined as the value that the firms or returns
get from the investments that they make for the growth of their firm. More importantly, the

depends significantly on the efficiency or the employees and also the manner in which they
are being able to handle the work of the firm. It is on the score of these aspects that the

Meet Customer Needs
One of the most important criteria which determines the success of the business firms
is to extent to which they are being able to meet the needs or the expectations of the
customers for the commodities or services that they offer. This in turn is directly related to
the ease or the efficiency with which the employees are being able to complete their job roles
so to manufacture the kind of services or commodities which will satisfy the customers and
thereby help them to earn a higher amount of profitability. Thus, it can be said that the aspect
