Moreover, digital communication has enhanced the profit of the company as well as it has secured all
the data and information of employees of a firm.
Digital communication is helping in innovation as well. Employees have created advance
knowledge using digital communication. Besides, it is helpful in financial growth as well (Dery, Sebastian,
& van der Meulen, 2017). It makes a workplace digital, which is a basic need for a business in the
present era. The business model has included digital communication for workplace development. Digital
communication has provided help in reducing operation costs, as it has managed various things in less
time (Schallmo, Williams, & Boardman, 2017).
Digital marketing and social media are important for a firm. In addition, social media can be
