INTRODUCTION
An internal technical process for communication and sharing of data can be stated as a
digital technology (Serra and Kunc, 2015). Organisation are digitalizing their processes which
increases their productivity. Most of the organisations are using digital process and equipments
to make their process of manufacturing faster and effective to give best results. This report is
having based on the impact of digital technology on the business activity of the Posh Nosh which
is a small sized restaurant working in the UK. This report will provide the aims & objectives and
project management plan to analyse effect of digitalizing process on the business activity of the
Posh Nosh. Primary and secondary data research will be made in this report to analyse what are
the major effect will be on the restaurant. At the end of this report a conclusion and
recommendation will be given for the Posh Nosh.

manufacturing an order and give a detail about time in order processing, they wants to create
time limit in their order processing to reduce waiting time. This research project is having some
specific objectives in the context of Posh Nosh Food Restaurant;
Maximum order processing time has to be 20 Minutes which can be beneficial for the
customers.
