case of any breach of any contract the innocent
party is liable for losses (Maine and Scala,
2017).
• Employment law is the law that depicts the
relationships among the employers and
employees on the business.

• For the valid contract it is important that all
the essential of the valid contract must be
fulfilled by the parties.
• The essentials of the valid contract includes
consideration, mutual consent, offer
acceptance, competency, legal object.

• Companies Act, 2006 guides the companies to
formulate the business as per the provisions of
this act (Cooter and Ulen, 2016).
• Compulsorily winding up is the situation when
court passes the order when the company is
unable in payment of the liabilities to the
creditors.

Conclusion
• The above solution assist the disputed parties

• The parties can settle their business out of the
court by adopting the ADR methods
