I am writing this email on behalf of the Mayor of City Council in order to shed light on the
event for honouring local resident. We are pleased to inform you that this event will be more
than just honouring, we will be sharing interesting about each awardee in front of audiences.
Main intention behind this is to develop more citizens for serving local community. Further,
information will even published in the council newsletter. We have already received a name of
nominee from your side i.e. Jack Russell. In order to gain further information about him, we
like to respond you on following questions:
1. Background of Nominee (this will include information related to age, family member,
profession and area from where he belongs to)
2. What extra ordinary work has been undertaken by your nominee with respect to
