Mafini, 2019). I have a good leadership skills through which I am able to mange workers of
organisation and also motivates them to efficiently do work so that I help organisation in
effectively achieving goal of company. I was very happy as I thought that everything is going
according to plan before this problem arises. I was frustrated but some how I know that rewriting
will assist us and that motivated me to proceed further more enthusiastically. I project thought
me how I can manage time which assist me to improve my skill of time management as after
realising my mistake I know that we all don't have enough time. Sometimes I face that because
of my rules that I used for managing employees in organisation will create conflicts between me
and workers but at that time my negotiation skill will help me to negotiate with them that I will
help them in their future projects which will also motivate them to do work with their full
efficiency. This has taught me how I can negotiate will people and complete my work from
them. After that I re-plan my strategy and everything went according to my plan after that. I have
analyse that distribution of work was a good decision taken by me but I should have to tell other
workers how they will do work according to task requirement. From this experience can now say
that this project has taught me how should I communicate with others which build my
communication skills. Now, if I work with group in future I will speak to them about their
strengths and assign work to them according which will help in maintaining the flow of work and
assist in completion before deadline. Next time before doing the division of work I will first
form strategy as well as structure which will be followed which ensure systematic working. This
project has made me confident enough to face any difficulty which may arse in future at my
workplace. I will includes employees of company in decision making process so that they can
