of storing data across all the branches of the company is not allowing the sharing of data
efficiently among the employees. It has raised the need of implementing the modern solutions
in the company business model. This report intends to recommend an enterprise system to
SugarSquared, Inc. company that would assist in eliminating the major problems faced in the
business.

The enterprise system that is being recommended to the organisation is the enterprise
resource planning system. ERP or enterprise resource planning denotes to the automation as
well as the integration of the core businesses of the company for assisting in focussing on the
significant effectiveness as well as the simplified success (Ali & Miller, 2017). This system
would help the company with automating as well as the integrating the main business
processes, for example, receiving the customer orders, scheduling the operations, as well as
the keeping the inventory records as well as the financial data (Efe, 2016). It is the enterprise
vast information system that has been designed for coordinating the main resources,
information as well as the activities required for completing the business processes, for
example the order fulfilment or the billing (Jagoda & Samaranayake, 2017). The ERP system
aids majority of the business system that effectively maintain in single database that is
required for various kinds of data regarding the main business functions, for example,

analyse all the available ERP vendors and make the list of all the modules that are provided
