of IT maintenance cost, SAP ERP would be most suitable for the organisation as it allows the
reduction of all the maintenance cost of the IT resources in the company. As the organisation
needs improved decision making from the analysis of all the data of the organisation, the SAP
ERP would offer the methods of improving the decision making by the top management.

Therefore, conclusion could be deduced from above discussion that implementation
of SAP ERP in the SugarSquared, Inc. would allow the improvement of the main business
process and eliminate all the main issues of the organisation. The enterprise system that is
being recommended to the organisation is enterprise resource planning system. The most
suitable vendor of the ERP system that could be implemented in the organisation is the SAP
ERP.
