hospitality industry that is Four season hotel which belongs to private organizations and was
founded in the year 1960. It is having presence in many countries across world. Oxfam is a
voluntary organization that is working towards aim to reduce poverty and provide social benefits
to people. This report further includes scope and size of business organizations and them inter
relationship with other functional units of a organization. Lastly, there is a discussion on positive
and negative impact of factors prevailing in the macro environment of a business organization.
