INTRODUCTION
Business environment refer to the process of understanding th business environment
factors to improve the process of working. They need to develop the process of understanding
the environment which can help them in increasing the business. The study is based on the Bank
of England, UK (Hendry and Muellbauer, 2018). The bank is founded in 1694, the Bank is
providing all the banking facilities to the customer. The report will explain the micro and macro
factors of environment and the impact of environment on the business.

The Nature of Environment of Bank Of England
The Environment is one of the major factor which the organization need to make sure
while working in the environment. There are a lot of ways in which the environment can affect
the business and also provide a great support to the organization.

There are a lot of economic and legal impact a business gets from its environment and the
changes' climate is one of the factor by which the government made different changes in the
policies and legal legislation which The Bank Of England need to follow. It is crucial for the
business to make sure that they are providing a good support to the economy and the change in
climate which can impact on the economy by natural causes need to be considered by the
organization and work accordingly.

There are a lot of competition in the market which the organization need to work on and

amount of the relief and these loans are provided to the small companies and medium companies
because UK government get most of the contribution in their GDP from the small and medium
business. Both government and Bank of London work together in the pandemic, so they can
overcome the situation and mostly the polices by the government and government of the Bank of
London work, and they are able to control the impact of pandemic to overcome the situation and
small business are again boosting their business rapidly.
