advantages gain by an organizational by adopting global business environment such as enhance
in revenue, risk management, minimise competition, longer product lifetime, access to export
funds and many more. Organizational selected for this report is Marks and Spencer which is
operating its business at retail industry. It is founded by Michael Marks and Thomas Spencer in
year 1884 as well as its head office is located at London, United Kingdom. They are offer wide
range of products for men, women and kinds such as clothing, food products and home products
at the worldwide level. There are numbers of sub brands of Marks and Spencer such as Per Una,
Autograph, Blue Harbour, Rosie, Limited, M&S Energy and many more. The main aim of

It is referred as technique or tool which is used by business as well as researcher in order
to collect information, statistics, data in most appropriate manner to accomplish desired results.
For given research work, project manager has to apply Saunders Research Onion to gather
relevant data and information from reliable and authenticate sources in order to attain research
aim as well as objective.
Research Method- For conducting given research work, project manager has applied
quantitative research method. This is due to collecting of information as well as data
which are reliable and authentic to topic of research for attainment of positive outcomes.
